Ordered delivery once again from Jimmy John’s today, only problem was that they forgot my drink. Everything else in my order was great though and when I called the store to ask about my drink they were very kind and understanding. They quickly delivered the drink and even gave me 2 extra brownies. It was very considerate of them and I appreciate them going out of their way to make a second trip just for 1 drink. Also every time I have gone to the store (I always use the drive through) they have always been very fast in preparing my order and always are very friendly. 100% would recommend Jimmy John’s ^^

I really like Jimmy John’s, but the last couple of times I have tried to go there, the dine in lobby has been closed. I primarily dine in, so I guess I won’t be going there anymore. Sad state of things that they are only partially open anymore.

I visit this location a lot! My go to is to order online and go through the drive through to pick up. It’s super convenient and the line moves quick. If you visit Jimmy Johns a lot download their loyalty app for freebies by earning rewards. Love the jalapeno chips and the JJBLT is my absolute favorite.

We ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong building. When I asked which door it was left at they said the front door. I asked if it was dropped of at the right building and they didn’t respond. We had to go hunt down our food because they didn’t even tell us where it was dropped off. When we finally got the food the order was wrong. One of us had gotten a lettuce wrap when it wasn’t supposed to be and the other got mayo on it when they asked for no mayo. They get really sick from it and there was a ton of mayo on both side of the sandwich. When I called the store to see if we could get the right food they just said they “didnt put any mayo on it” and”we just closed so what do you us to do about it” and never fixed our order.

Okay, I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review. Unfortunately, I placed an order for pickup, the store hours said they were open until 7pm. An hour or so before I went to pick up my order and they were closed. I’m a pretty busy person, so it took me several days to get ahold of them, over and over the staff told me there was no manager to talk to. Eventually, I spoke to someone who said the managers name was Owen and he would be on shift on a certain date. I called and they said there was no manager, but the manager would call me back. Several calls and months later, I finally got ahold of a manager who told me “Owen” was never a manager, and they could see my order but couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for either the food or a refund, the person stated they couldn’t do anything… So I asked for their supervisor, the district supervisor, guy doesn’t answer my call but texts me back and says there was never a manager names Owen… Wouldn’t comp me or refund my money, a couple of calls later, a staff member told me that Owen was in fact a manager, but either stepped down or was demoted. TL;DR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They completely forgot my order!!! We ordered two sandwiches and only got half our order. I called the store and was told they KNEW there was an issue with the printer but DID NOT double check the print out! The response I got was they would make the order as soon as possible and send it out. No apology, no offer of compensation or coupons for my inconvenience. NEVER ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
