They don’t even deserve 1 star. Had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes, before someone took my order, then they proceeded to come on the speaker and say ‘wait she’s busy’. Finally someone took my order, and there was only 1 car in front of me. Still waited another 5 mins for someone to charge me and give me my drink. When I got the drink, I specifically said creamer and the employee repeated it back to me. There was no creamer in my coffee and there were coffee grounds at the bottom of it. Excuse me? Is the coffee not being brewed correctly. What a shame, their coffee is actually delicious when made properly. Sad to say I will not be returning. And before anyone says anything, I used to work at this dunkin donuts, when it first opened, I know how the coffee is supposed to be made etc.

Wish I could give zero stars. Waited (inside) for 20 minutes for bagel bites. At approx minute 12, I asked about the order and was told that it was “just coming out”. Asked again at 17 minutes and was told someone was “working on it.” Stood at the counter and watched the lady just then put the order in the warmer. The woman was extremely rude. Got the food – it was cold. We will never, ever return. Horrible service and the food was bad.

Very clean store, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the employees. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a ice matcha got my order quickly service 10/10 will be coming here for my drinks!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. At 6:30 in the morning (today) we were waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and the one that sat at the order window had already been up there before we pulled up, and we waited 15 minutes, and finally they took the order of the first Car. We had gotten so fed up with the long wait time that we decided to go in. Because we figured that it would be faster. Wrong. We went in and there was literally one guy that walked in with us. We ordered 4 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. And that’s it, the guy that came in at the same time, we did ordered a coffee and a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. We went up to the register and the lady told us we had to order at the kiosk, which was an absolute nightmare. The other guy and my self paid and got our receipts, and we waited another 15 minutes to get our order. Not to mention when we got the doughnuts the guy behind the counter literally threw all of our donuts in a bag frosting side to frosting side, so you can imagine how much of a mess it was. These are the most unmotivated, slow and disrespectful and rude workers I have ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. This also happened 2 weeks ago where we ran into a long wait time at 6:30 in the morning, and they had thrown our doughnuts in the bag again, which we had called to speak to the manager about because again, the doughnuts were frosting to frosting and it was just awful. Neeless to say, I will not be returning to this Dunkin. It is so sad, and we wasted almost 40 minutes just to get 4 doughnuts that were already baked and on the shelves. These people don’t care. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

The place is clean and cool. Enough seating capacity. I come here a couple of times a week. My observation is the employees are all over the place. They miss a drink or two or totally mess up with your drink. I know it’s super busy, so they need to either add more employees or up their routine on orders to have a smooth flow.

This is the 2nd time we have gone to this place. The first time we had good service (drive thru), but oh my goodness, this time we went in because we weren’t in a hurry for the moment. I think we should have left as soon as the girl behind the counter gave us attitude. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. Our mistake. She gave us the wrong items and forgot my breakfast sandwich. Plus as she finishing up my sandwich she threw it on the counter. I don’t think she should be addressing anyone in the front. She needs training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASAP!
