Went through the drive thru, only to come home to see this. I drove all the way back for a refund, the manager laughed and said It wasn’t the first time this happened. So why is this still an issue? There’s nothing but kids working who clearly don’t want to be there, they need to do better. I previously worked in food service and wouldn’t serve anything that I wouldn’t eat personally, to a customer. But this was definitely ridiculous. Needless to say, i’ll save my $ and wont be back here.

Overall this location is disappointing because customer service is below average, the quality of food isn’t good when the freshness not there.. Ghost Pepper Whopper was cold and wasn’t that hot(the burger was colder than the bun, which I reheated at home). There was a few times that they didn’t have certain food or drink items available during purchase resulting in wasting time going elsewhere. If you running a fast food franchise and some of your items are out of stock or whatever, than at least let customers know beforehand before spending… Just a suggestion to save everyone time and money. This is one of the worst Burger King location because the quality of food is poor and most employees seem to be in a bad mood.. One thing I can say I’m truly thankful for is customer service which is outstanding because they care about customer satisfaction and respect. I got reimbursed for an order with no issues, commutation and understanding was professionalism. How employees with negative attitude keep their job amaze me sometimes, maybe manager doesn’t care I guess. Note: *4 Service is mainly customer support doing, other than that it would’ve been *1

If I was able to give a Zero star I would do it. I ordered from UBER food a large whoapper meal and I got a burger only with meat and the cheese that I added. No tomato, no onions, no ketchup nothing fortunately I had some sauce at home, because even for the fries I did have nothing… just horrible experience for 23 dollars

The cashier at the drive thru stole my credit card information and began making purchases on my card as soon as I pulled off including a second purchase right there at the store 5 mins later. The phone is disconnected so you can’t call the manager and customer service at corporate takes 2 days to get back to you.

I have worked at Burger King and this Burger King was the best meal I’ve ever had at a Burger King restaurant. Staff was friendly and ALL my food was hot and fresh and store was clean .the Staff is not paid alot and I know cause I have gotten paychecks from here as recently as 4 months ago. But that did not stop them from serving me and my family a wonderful meal. Thank you !!! If I’m in the area in the future I will make a point t to stop and eat here.

Workers never check the order before giving it out. Whether it’s for DoorDash or in person. I can’t tell you how many times my order is wrong, almost every time. All the workers are rude. Someone judged me for being a vegetarian and getting a veggie burger

Understanding that everywhere is short staffed but this Burger King is ONLY GOOD for breakfast. The breakfast service and staff is great. I went back later to get two $5 meal deals. The drive-thru is wrapped around the building so I went in (bad move on my part). The front counter person was literally eating and not taking orders. Lady in front of me waited for atleast an hour for chicken fries and eventually got them, cold, and asked for her money back. The manager didn’t want to be there because her worker in the front was messing up orders. My order was messed up, told the manager, and she acted like it was a problem for me to ask for my money back after having watching her worker mess up my order, watched the manager drop my chicken junior in the fryer 20 minutes after I ordered. The worker was Christine or Christina and the manager didn’t have a name tag and shouldn’t be managing anything but her attitude and her resume.

Went primarily for a milkshake. Went through the drive thru line only to be told they didn’t have any shakes. Unfortunately once you are in the drive thru line, the parking lot and line are situated in such a way that you are trapped and can’t get out of line. So I had to wait for the two cars in front of me to be served. Might not have been so bad if the service to the two cars wasn’t so slow.
