I’ve driven by this place so many times and never gave it a chance… today I decided to give it a shot and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Very good subs! The meat portions are fantastic and the “juice” is really good. I got it mikes way and wasn’t disappointed. My only complaint on this place is how dirty it was. Sticky stuff on all the counters, floors dirty, and crumbs on all the tables…. I know it’s hard to find good help… there were a bunch of young kids all doing nothing in the back, one sitting in the dining area on his phone and the entire place a mess. Otherwise, solid experience.

The sandwiches were delicious, but the restaurant was dirty. I tried to get tea from the tea dispenser and there were massive amounts of slimy debris coming out. I informed the staff and they offered to give me a bottled tea. That was fine except the whole time we ate no one removed the contaminated/old tea. The napkin dispenser near the cashier was not clean, nor was the table we ate on. That was enough to not go back.

Have come here a few times since we moved to the area. Don’t pre-order because it won’t be right. You have to stand there and make sure you repeat yourself to make sure correct toppings are applied, the right bread is used, etc. Walked-in and ordered a hot sandwich. Ordered all the toppings – all I got was meat on bread.

Service is consistently pretty good. We usually carry out. Occasionally we get the wrong bread or a missing ingredient but overall pretty solid. Danny DeVito would be proud. 30 minute pickup for an online order is ridiculous for a sub shop. I usually go in 15 minutes after ordering and it’s ready, which means the subs are sitting there for quite a while. Not good for the cheese steaks.

OMG i grew up eating these and have them near by now makes me so happy and its like yesterday i had them in jersey grew up on Seaside so it makes me feel like a kid again! I am absolutely shocked with the condition of the restaurant. I have never seen a Jersey Mike’s so dirty before I went in tonight May 17th 2023 for dinner at 8:15 pm the open sign was off and the place looked like it was closed as it was dark looking inside even know they close at 9:00 pm, the door was open so my son and I went in and could not believe what we saw. It was so dirty and the young kids that work there were more interested in the video they were watching on there phone than working. after starring at them for a few minutes one Un happy kid finally took my order. The counter was so dirty so I did not feel comfortable ordering a cold sandwich tgeir was literally 2 half-eaten sandwiches laying right next to where all the toppings are I took several pictures but it won’t let me post. I decided to order hot sandwiches by time we finally got our order and I got home I ordered a number 56 and there was a very small amount of meat and cheese only nothing else mostly cheese and bread and the other sandwich was supposed to be a Chicken cheese steak and it was just beef. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had no management present and I think the kids have a lack of experience and drive they could care less and do not take there job seriously definitely need to do something about this location.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered a #9 Club Supreme Bowl. I removed the cheese and added pickles, jalapeños, banana peppers, and cherry pepper relish. It also came with the standard roast beef, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar, oregano, and salt. What did they give me? A bowl with lettuce, turkey, roast beef, and cheese. That’s it. Literally over half of the ingredients were missing. Of course this wasn’t caught at the time of pick up because it was buried in the bottom of the bag. I immediately tried to call the restaurant but surprise, the phone rings and no one answers. Do NOT waste your time going to this location.

I questioned the the meat looks very light on both of my sandwiches, guy making sandwiches said that’s all he is allowed to put on. Cashier said someone was putting way too much meat on and now they are restricted. On three inches of my sandwich there was one paper thin piece of meat.
