Slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. When I pulled in there were 4 cars in the drive thru. Each car waiting 10 min at the menu before ordering. I’m not sure why they aren’t just taking orders and letting people move forward. Only one car was past the menu at a time! The new location on Almaville Rd is so much better!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Everything about this place is a disaster. From the people, to the food, to the environment. They have a bunch of slow moving, non-caring, rude and awful employees who couldn’t care less about the place at all. It’s absolutely disgusting inside and the wait is ridiculous. My family waited 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes that were finally served to us as the consistency of water. No apologizes, just a rude comment of sarcasm “have a good one.” We were so shocked we just turned around and left. I’ve never said this before but I honestly hated it here. Do better Dunkin’!!

I came for chocolate milk, a hot coffee, and avocado toast. They were out of chocolate milk. When I asked if there were seeds on the avocado toast because I’m allergic, she told me she didn’t know. Didn’t seem to occur to her to ask. That bill quickly went from $10-12 to $3 and resulted in customer dissatisfaction.

Horrible service… Don’t go here and after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru we get to the speaker and they ask us to wait and we waited another 10 minutes before us and 4 other cars drove away!! So if your expecting to get any service for coffee don’t go here.

This place has went way down hill in the last month ! I stop every day since it’s been built and I have never experienced the wait time or lack of customer service! Don’t stop here if you’re on a schedule you will be waiting over 20 minutes every single time. The will have one car at the window , one waiting to order and twenty cars behind that car . And almost always mess up the orders at this point this Dunkin’ is a complete waste
