Drive thru… asked for bagel with spreadable butter on the side in a cup and med iced tea. Received bagel with frozen butter packets, no knife or napkin and a drink marked iced tea but was iced coffee. Went back to get drink replaced and the iced tea tastes like it’s mixed with coffee. Blechh!

I’ve gone here several times out of sheer convenience and giving second chances a few times. I worked in the restaurant industry my entire life, and they do not know how to take care of customers.. the first time I ever went here I drove away and went to eat my lunch really fast because I had to get back to work. There were small black hairs and long black hairs on my bagel and I had already eaten half of my doughnut that I had gotten as well. I turned around because I was so disgusted (I can understand one hair getting on it-but I’d hope they would check before bagging it). I told them this and they looked at me and didn’t say anything, I had to request my money back to which they said but you still have to pay for the donut. Not a sorry or anything. Didn’t go back for a long time, but this management was new so I tried again…got melted butter from my bagel pooled in the tissue paper fell on my lap as I take it out of the bag… my cream cheese bagel had a round dollop of cream cheese on probably 5% of the bagel. I order another bagel with butter not toasted this time and they give me a bagel not cut with butter on the side. All of this and I get charged the wrong price for stuff. This last time I pulled up the prices on my phone and asked why I was being charged an extra 2$ gave the lady who was the manager at the drive through my phone to look then she looked at her phone and said the app doesn’t give the prices I said forget it, this was a website that Dunkin shows the menu with their prices. She doesn’t say anything. So I guess I’m stuck driving further in my limited lunch to a different Dunkin or not at all.

I personally don’t know how the inside of this dunkin’ donuts is, so I can’t judge. However, as a drive-thru it’s by far one of the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever driven through. Rude, persistent order questioning!! If they spend half the time listening to what you actually we’re saying, they would get it right from the start. Even when there are no lines behind you they make you feel extremely rushed! Need to work on this in my opinion. Because I personally would never stop there again!!

I like Dunkin coffee but I ordered coffee here and it was worst coffee I’ve ever had and all the staff is in hurry even though we were the only customers there. I would not visit here next time.

I ordered a large coffee with 3 creamers and 12 sugars in the drive thru and there was no sugar in my coffee and I was charged extra for the cab fare for making the stop so I couldn’t go back and complain.

They never have enough donuts or drink ingredients. Customer service is horrible. Water dripping from the roof. No garbage cans outside so place is messy.

Unfortunately this has been the Dunkin’ donuts that I pass on my way to work every day I’ve been eating here for years. Over the past couple months the service and order screw ups have become atrocious. Basically every order has been messed up. I called to complain today about another order screw up and Basically was told sorry. I won’t be wasting any more of my $ at this location again. Sadly I think they don’t have the employees to do what’s needed to operate the location. Last week it took 25min to get a bagel and 3 donuts! With 1 person in line in front of me.
