Recently visited and ordered 12″ deluxe pizza requested crispy crust. Came out barley done toppings cold, crust not crispy, very skimpy portions. Must of been shortage on sausage over 3 slices had no sausage. Considered salad bar until seeing brown lettuce and limited selection.

Ordered from FDL Ave location and I tried giving the company time to respond to my review on “Toast,” but I did not receive any follow up. The pizzas we ordered for pick up were burnt and disgusting. I normally try not to complain and rarely leave bad reviews, but this was disappointing. How they thought this was okay to let food of this quality leave the kitchen boggles my mind.

Ordered from the new Bobs Pizza and coffee. Service was friendly, but I’m not going to lie, the pizza was horrible. Soggy crust throughout, a TON of sauce, only half of it was covered in cheese….and almost $20 for a relatively small sized “large”. Like eating a slightly microwaved pita with a whole can of pizza sauce and a sprinkling of cheese. Building is nice but this is BAD pizza. Not worth the money and not even close to what it used to be.

The last time I went here, I got a fresh pizza, and it was good. More recently, it seems they are having trouble staffing the kitchen, so we ended up buying one of the frozen pizzas instead. I would have preferred fresh, but the frozen pizza was still very good. It had a crispy and flaky crust.

Had delivery from merrill ave. Pizza was at most warm,it barely had any cheese on it..l orderd it well done.ltwas, and actually baked the way it should be.l might as well picked up a 3 dollar frozen from a gas station.was not worth 14.75.l didn’t call them back , because this is how their trained to make them.cut back on ingredients for more profit.lprofit.l was an employee of Bobs from the begining and before he owned it. wasn’t even close to the original quality.

For years I have loved Bob’s pizza. As a FDL native, moving out of state I’d always need to get a Bob’s pizza while at home. The last few times their pizzas have been extremely disappointing, including my pizza I had today. It is very evident that they’ve started using cheaper ingredients at an expensive price. I hope they consider improving the quality of their product before losing more loyal customers.

I ordered from the Merrill ave. Location. Last night 4/19/22I ordered deep dish, it was not anything like deep dish . The crust was thick and hard, could hardly break it. It had very little cheese and almost no sauce. It actually seemed as if taken from a freezer. I also ordered deep fried mushrooms, they were over done almost to burn stage. I called today and spoke with whom ever is taking calls when asking for a manager. He just said it’s the first he’s heard of this and really didn’t even apologize. I spent 27.00 on food a 10.00 tip. The driver deserved the tip but the resturant should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Staff was friendly, beautiful place but there cauliflower crust pizza needs to be taken off the menu, they do NOT know how to make it. My daughter and grand kids and I went there for lunch and they all got there food and I did not. Waitress said something about the oven being to hot, so they had to remake my pizza and it will be another 10 mins, I HATE when you go into a restaurant and everyone you gets there food first and the person your with does not. They are all came together, there eating together, DON’T bring out the food until ALL the food is made! Restaurant etiquette. Anyways they burnt it two more times so when my pizza was done they were all done eating and ready to leave. So I ask them to box it. They did take it off my bill. But take it off the menu when I finally was at home ready to eat it, crust was still burnt and it did not look good at all. I eat some to try it and that’s all I could taste was the burnt crust. Very disappointed. Also was never asked if I wanted something else to eat instead of the pizza that was made three times or if I needed a refill, while I sat there and watched everyone eat. Maybe try again a year down the road.
