A first for me…I order a pizza from this location (which I’ve done many times) and it’s cut up into squares! What corporate ‘genius’ thought cutting pizza up into squares was a good idea? Having placed the order online, as I always have, I was informed I needed to specify “pie cut” during check out. I never once had to do this on my previous orders. So… How about cutting pizza into ‘pie cut’ as the norm and specify ‘square cut’ if that’s the choice! FYI… Pizza was okay and it’s not the employee’s fault.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any pizza company. I tried to place an order online for a pickup later in the day, but the website kept crashing. I then called the store and placed an order of 7 pizzas for pickup at 8pm. I get to the store at 7:50pm to let them know I was there and to pay for the order. I then proceeded to wait in my car for 30 minutes until the order was then brought out to me. This was supposed to be done at 8pm and I didn’t receive my pizza until 8:21. I was supposed to be at a meeting with the pizza at that same time, so I was late to my work meeting and got scolded by my boss because of Domino’s mistake. I don’t even think they started the pizzas until I arrived at 7:50pm. This was the worst experience ever and I will not be giving my money to this location anymore. The manager tried to make up for it with a free 2 liter, which I appreciated, but it still does not justify the pizzas being ready 21 minutes after they were supposed to be done and my boss getting angry with me for my tardiness. Horrible service, Domino’s.

On 6/16/2021 i placed an online order for delivery. 2 Large pizzas,bread bites, and 2 liter. 2 hours later the delivery driver. Only shows up with the bread bites. Talking about “thats it”. i called to cancel the order cause me and my family were NOT gonna wait another 2 hours. karol the manager was EXTREMELY rude about the situation, and was arguing and arguing. She then puts the excuse of “i just got here” yeah right.. a week later and still haven’t received my refund. Definitely wont be buying from dominos anymore.

Ordered food for my kids. Email said it would be delivered on 20-30 minutes (12:08). Pizza showed leaving store at 12:35. I called at 1 and they said give it 10 more minutes. I called again at 1:15 because tracker said it had been delivered and we still did not have our food, I was good or was delivered, put on hold and then told she should be there soon. Food arrived at 1:30. Almost an hour after it had left the store. Completely unacceptable. Never ordering from here again!!!!!

Unfortunately, customer service and food quality has progressively gotten worse at this location. However, tonight’s experience was probably the worst. Order placed on the app (as we typically do) and according to the App it was being delivered by “Charles”. After one hour of no food delivery, we called the store, where a female staff member answered and said that it should have been delivered already, but said she would need to call back after looking into the order. After waiting 18 minutes, still no food or phone call. Called the store to cancel order and request a refund, after asking for a refund three times the male staff member hung up the phone call. Had to call the store a third time, this time requested to speak to a manager. Spoke to manager about my dissatisfaction and was given no apology for my experience only that my refund would be processed. The corporate mission to “provide the experience of an excellent product with excellent customer service” was clearly not the case. This location has lost a loyal customer.
