Worst food quality that I’ve had at a Zaxby’s ever. I was so excited to try this location for their 4.5 stars on here, but it was such a disappointment. My house salad that I always get was just straight lettuce. Four pieces of tomatoes and then barely any cucumber, cheese, fried onion, and chicken. Chicken was cold and super dry. Toast was only toasted on one side. I’ve always raved and loved the house salad, but paying nearly $9 for this salad to just get lettuce is such a ripoff. I also ordered a boneless wing meal for my husband, got a few sauces on the side, and the nuclear sauce was completely missing. Thankfully, I’ve learned from previous Zaxby’s experience to never leave the drive-thru until the bag is checked and all items are accounted for – as we always have something missing. The boneless wings were also cold and stale. Never coming to this location again.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Followed directions and replied to the Zaxby’s email that I had arrived in parking spot 4. Waited for 10 minutes only to have to go inside to get the food which had cooled off. Cool, mushy fries are not pleasurable to eat. Disappointing.

Mediocre at best… First of all walking in to the restaurant we were told they aren’t taking orders at the register… Have to order on the app…. Then got our food-takeout. The salad was ridiculous. Barely any lettuce. Ordered cookies, which apparently are still at the restaurant. Extra seasoning on the fries…. Not! Why give the option if your not going to pay attention to the order!
