I went to Moorestown Jersey and had the worst experience. The female worker had an attitude and not courteous at all. I made both the female and male worker aware of my food allergy and nothing was wiped down at all or paper placed down to protect me from anything or possibly having a reaction. My sandwich was placed on the same board as a sandwich that was just made with foods and condiments that I am allergic too or don’t eat after I had just mentioned it. I didn’t see when or who cut my sandwich due to grabbing other items for purchase and thought I can just give to food to a relative when I get home. When I unwrapped the sandwich, I found that condiments and meat from the other sandwich being made by the female worker was in and all over my sandwich as well due to what it seemed as being cut with the same knife. To top it all off, the cookies were hard as well. To think I used to love this location. Normally Eric is present with much better service was was not working. The new workers that I experienced on Monday 5/8/23 early evening was far from pleasant. This was not my first experience with the female and male worker providing poor customer service. It was as if they were being forced to work or help out. The sad part is there was no line just me. I will not be returning to this location Ever!!!

Great sandwiches. Fresh ingredients. The cheesesteaks are very good. I wouldn’t expect a really good cheesesteak from a franchise hoagie shop, but trust me when I say you’ll be pleased with it. The hoagies (subs in NJ) are great tasting, too. The service is great. The workers are pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience for me.

Ordered on Uber eats which charges a premium above what the sandwiches cost plus service and delivery fees. Ordered a club supreme on wheat and got my sandwich on white bread. As you can see in the picture the sandwich is super skimpy on meat as the turkey is nearly not visible in the picture. Huge disappointment and this isn’t the norm. When I called I spoke to the guy who made my sandwich and it was almost like he knew that he barely put any meat on the sandwich before I said anything. He also said they were out of wheat so they just put it on white…I felt like I was eating a subway sandwich it was that disappointing. I was told I would get 2 free sandwich coupons in the mail and hoping the manager/owner can make sure we are taken care of since this sandwich was over $17 not including delivery and service fees…you can’t just substitute bread, there has to be a way to inform the customer through Uber eats if not then that sounds like a needed option.

Best Cheesesteak in Jersey. The customer service is top notch and the food is amazing. If you stop in, ask Gurjot, Gianna, Lucas, Drew or Pete to make you a Cheesesteak. One of them is usually there and they do an awesome job. These guys, plus Tori at HQ, helped me run a super smooth fundraiser for a local nonprofit, too. It was simple, easy and everybody loved the place. Check it out, you won’t regret it!

Exceptional service! I ordered a giant sub for pick up today at 12PM through the app. I customized it, went to pick it up, and when I returned to work I noticed the sandwich was wrong. I called back to let them know, and the manager asked me if I wanted it remade or refunded. I informed them that I wouldn’t have the time to go back due to my lunch break ending, and the manager happily refunded me my sandwich. Will be back to order again soon!
