Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Brewed Coffee
Ah, the classic. This is our go-to here at Beans–we’re famous for the High Altitude Roasting that gives our brews a smooth intensity. We use 100% Arabica coffee beans and produce a flavor you can’t find anywhere else.
Espresso
It’s rich, it’s aromatic, and it packs a punch! We roast our beans at high altitude, then finely grind them and force high-pressure water over them to produce this extra-dark, extra-delicious pick-me-up.
Eye Opener
Slow morning? We have the solution. Enjoy our French roast brew with two added shots of espresso. That’s one for each sleepy eye.
Americano
For an Americano, we add a shot of espresso to piping-hot water to create a drink as strong as a drip coffee, but with the rich flavor and aroma you only find with an espresso.

First time here and probably last. Nothing against the drink. It was okay. But the prices! OUTRAGEOUS! I paid nearly $9 for one large iced latte. We travel so I like trying new places but this is too much. I would rather go to Dutch and get good coffee for a couple bucks less

I went in this morning and had the most unpleasant experience with the girls working. I walked in and they barely look at me (which is fine if they’re busy with others, but no one was in there except me), I order and the girl seems so annoyed that she had to take my order and then when they gave me my food, they sound so annoyed having to call out what it is. I said thank you as I grabbed my stuff and got a rude and bored “yup” without even looking at me or saying bye or anything. The food was good. I thought it was weird how they left the burrito in the plastic/paper wrap that they buy them in but I don’t care. If I was their manager I would just want to know how they are treating their customers.

Staff is always friendly. Lately there has been a change in product quality that is disappointing. The generic cups being used leak , this has happened three times now, a third of the coffee leaks from the top round the lid into the cup holder. (Yes I have double checked the lid seal & Yes it’s the cups) I use a stopper. The Bagel for the breakfast sandwich was hard and not very bread like. Other beans locations product are on point so Im not sure what’s happening at this location.

I was having a super stressful morning, and had a gift card so I wanted to get some coffee. I was on the phone with my mom and asked her if she wanted one. I was ordering 2 coffees to go, and I guess did not have enough on my gift card to cover the rest of my transaction. I didn’t realize till that moment, that I had also left my debit card at home. I asked if they took Apple Pay, and unfortunately they did not. My mom was offering to give her card info over the phone to pay the dollar and change still due, but they were unable to do that, too. Which is okay, no biggie, but I felt bad because they had already made the coffees. Brooklyn- one of the baristas there offered to cover the rest of my transaction. She wasn’t even the one at the drive through window. It could have had a different outcome, and with the overly stressful morning I was already having, her kindness this morning went a long way. I personally love this specific location, the guy at the drive through is always nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you so much, Brooklyn! It really did make my day.

I come for the convenience of location and I regret it everytime. My order is never right. Always missing whipped cream, even when the employees offer it. The females at this location are always snarky, impolite and just rude. I shouldn’t leave in a bad mood because staff want to play mean girls. Won’t be returning.

Usually really good service and products from this location, but this morning it seemed like the crew didn’t want to be there, my coffee (which was $8) wasn’t even filled to the top. If I’m paying that much for something I feel like it should be filled to near the brim. And on top of that its a frozen drink but when I received it was so viscous it looked like it had been left out for 30-45 minutes.
