Omg, where to start!! I went in to get cheesy bread and a lunch combo, the waiting period was 30mins to be exact! Total of 3 workers on Sunday around 12-2pm! If I was certified to be quality control health department they would of failed! The health department needs to make all Little Caesars employees wear gloves, there scratching, handling money, touching surfaces that shouldn’t be touch while handling food. Boxes thrown at the top of the warmers, accumulating dust, and I hope they’re not grabbing the boxes and putting pizza in it! A male came back in and stated there’s hair in my pizza. The girl looked and said sorry we can make you another one. While waiting on my food about 8 people came and left due to the waiting period. I received my pizza and got a refund because it was still dough. Night shift needs to make sure they clean up so the day shift can be ready. Now I see why y’all have the number 1 bar full of bab reviews!!

I ordered the Detroit Deep Dish with sausage based on the pictures and description on the website. What I received was nothing like that. Basically it appeared as though the store did not have any “deep” pans to use so they just piled up a bunch on pizza dough and sprinkled an insultingly small amount of sauce, cheese, and sausage and ran it through the oven just like a regular pizza. The box I received contained two of the LOAVES that were (and I’m not exaggerating) 90% dry pizza dough.

So I placed an order online since I was in the area. I proceed to pick the pizza up and the door is locked. Mind you it is about 7 pm. There are at least 4 employees inside and a Hispanic lady that I assume was the supervisor was waving her hands to tell me and two other customers to go to the drive thru. So there were already 5 cars waiting in line and I decided I would rather contact the corporate office and make a complaint in the morning with the regional manager to get a refund. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I advise people to make the drive to a different location this place doesn’t have respect for their customers. Obviously a sign with an explanation would have been the humane thing to do but of course that was too much like right.

Every time I order ahead on the app to save time and have it ready to pick up, the lobby is closed for some reason and I end up having to wait in the longest line ever anyways. So frustrating. Would be nice if they didn’t allow inside pickup on the app when it’s not actually available.

Ordered online, my pizzas were supposed to be ready in 20 mins. I drove up there and was told it would be another 20 minutes. There were three of us waiting in the lobby, all with a similar story as mine we figured out as we got to talking. I was told by the rudest cashier we all had to leave the lobby and get our pizza through the drive thru. I asked why as we were all waiting and the drive-thru was already to the street. Was told if I didn’t leave they would call the police. I asked for the manager, she approached me while eating an ice cream. She had no response, I asked for my money back. This establishment managed to have the rudest staff along with a questionable cleanliness. I wish I could give 0 stars I would.

Employee had a problem with us asking for our pizzas a bit sooner then given time ( it would’ve been fine if we couldn’t have it sooner) and she went to the back of the store (which by the way its like 2ft small) and started talking bad about us to her coworker on how we asked for our pizzas earlier and was annoyed. Given that the store is really small we heard everything.. just saying why work here if You’re going to complain about customers. Not healthy “girly”
