Usually I’m in and out without any issues. I scheduled my order online as I have done many times. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. The employee asked for my name and said that she was going to go and make it and she offered to bring it to my car. About 5 minutes later it was ready. It was smaller than any pizza I’ve ever had there. Not sure why or how that happened.

Every time I go there I get great service. I do see a lot of Karen’s giving those people a hard time over a 5 dollar pizza. If the highlight of y’all’s day is complaining y’all have no life. It’s not their fault y’all can’t afford papa John’s. And before you say something I go there for the service and not the food because their service is the best in Marrero that’s my opinion.. it is LITTLE CAESARS not a five restaurant how much do y’all think they get paid to deal with y’all? Management (Kaitlyn) was her name, very unprofessional. I placed an online order. The app did not give me a pick-up code. Well, when I walked into the store the manager was talking with an employee. I was standing there forever a minute, she did not acknowledge me. She didn’t know I place an online order. I could have wanted to place an order. I had to interrupt her conversation for help. Once, I explained to her that I placed an online order, and she just pointed to the pick-up machine. She cut me off before I could finish explaining to her, that the app shut down without giving me a pick-up code. I interrupted her conversation once again, she seemed very annoyed . I was getting ready to say thank you and good night, she said very rudely, anything else, thank you, bye. All of that was said in one very rush sentence. I asked what was her name, she said Kaitlyn, I’m the manager. I walked out very dissatisfied with her customer service skills. I worked in customer service for 15 years, and I never spoke to or treated a customer that way. Oh, I should say I was the only customer there, so there should’ve been any confusion, about whether or not I had been taken care of already. When I customer arrives you stop your conversation and take care of the customer. I’ve had great service at this location in the past, until Friday night.

When you order on the pizza portal and arrive at the designated time, you still have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook your pizza and the employees attitudes are terrible. I will never order from there again. And it’s a shame because we are a weekly customers and since the new owners took over service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The pizza is made with minimal ingredients while the dough is baked big & wonky, huge bubbles on the crust, the pizza is not made symmetrically & wasn’t cut well. Pieces as big as two & some as little as a child’s hand. I don’t understand why rush when it’s not crazy busy all day or night, just take your time & make decent pizzas.

I was very disappointed my last visit to Little Ceasars. My pizza was very old and then they ran it through the oven again to heat it up The dough was blistered and burnt. NOTHING HOT AND FRESH WITH THAT PIZZA !!
