we asked for a Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher and he gave us the COCONUT version. We didn’t ask for coconut milk or anything. It was absolutely so disgusting the guy accused us of saying we asked for a mango refresher even tho we didn’t. Then he got upset when we told him we didn’t want the mango ones as well as our strawberry ones. I do not recommend going her at all. AND THE BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING!

We stopped in for a quick breakfast yesterday. We get Dunkin’s avocado toast quite a bit from other stores for a quick (animal free) breakfast. We know this isn’t real homemade avocado toast but at $3 a slice it’s not a bad buy. This particular location in Burr Ridge hooked us up. The avocado spread was quite generous and the citrus flavor was strong. Some people may not like that but I did! We got the sun dried tomatoes with the everything seasoning. The bread was a little under toasted but not really a problem. We also got a coffee and a couple refresher drinks which were all good. It was a great little breakfast and we didn’t feel like garbage afterwards.

So disappointed on August 27th Sunday I’m a long time customer every morning I pick up my coffee and dozen donuts but today unfortunately no available donuts which is okay so I ask the young lady if she can give me 12 pcs whatever is left because I’m not going to call to get my money back which is always a hassle ,THIS YOUNG LADY GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND WHEN I ASK HER NAME SHE DIDN’T LIKE IT BECAUSE DEFINITELY THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMER!!!

The workers are told to concentrate on mobile orders and so ignore you when you’re trying to place an order. 10mins to place order 8 mins to get dozen donuts. The people working were great just following directions.

DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. Do not give the owners a penny worth of your money. They treat their employees like absolute trash by lying to them, not paying them on holidays, no breaks, and attitude. They do not care about customers here aswell. They will literally make your food/drinks however they want just to get you out the door and if you complain about it being cold or not made right they will yell at you and not allow a refund. Don’t waste ur time go to a better dunkin
