Went to this location tonight for supper. There were only 4 people working and all were complaining out loud to where the customers could hear everything they were saying. The cashiers phone kept ringing, was answered by another coworker. Cashier answered it another time had no gloves on, then went right back to fixing food. There was people standing in line to order and waiting on food! We were next in line to order and the cashier was going to take our order, had a rude look on her face, rolled her eyes as if the customers were bothering her, she then decided to turn back around and continue fixing other orders, that’s when we decided right then to walk out, went somewhere else. Also other people behind us in line walked out, it was just ridiculous and NOT a warming atmosphere AT ALL! The workers were not happy, they clearly made that known!

On 4/15/2023, I decided to go to Popeyes and was greeted by rude cashier. Attitude all the way around. I had to wait 45 min for spicy chicken when I was told it would be 15min. It was about 853pm when I placed my order with Mikayla. This girl need to learn customer service skills. The manager was no better for allowing her to act rude and display ways that customers were a problem. I will never go back here to eat. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere.

Garbage. Order a 4 PC chicken meal and pay $16.xx only to get home 30mins away to find out that the workers give me two legs and two wings with fries. Should be one breast, one thigh, one wing and one leg. Second time I’ve been to Popeyes and second time I’ve had issues with my order. Horrible customer service to not explain to a customer that you do not know how to do your job correctly and just give basically half the chicken order by changing what should be in it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I dined in with my sister n daughters …. The fries were cold even tho I asked for hot food… They brought me a new batch but the thing that made it a horrible experience was seeing them pour fresh lemonade in a tub that was surrounded with mold on the top ….. I wiped some of it out & brought it to the employees attention & she said ewww then told her superior…. The supervisor said oh well we will change it out tonight ….. U had no customers in the store …. It would’ve 5 minutes to take down, drain the juice & clean the container…. BUT SHR DIDN’T AND THATS UNSANITARY….SO THAT WILL BE MY LAST TIME EATING THERE…thank u

Popeyes Restaurants need to hire new employees and Managers for this Popeyes store and the one in Greer too. The employees here don’t have good customer service skills. This is the problem at alot of the Popeyes I have visited. Here in SC. Younger teens running the store, not friendly, and very rude. Need to be trained better. Barely any fries in the fry packs. Cheated us out of food in our box and on the visit before this visit they forgot to give me my drinks. Also the biscuit that came with my meal tasted like a sweet biscuit like something was wrong with it. Need new management or something to get this place in order. It starts at the head and if the management isn’t right the store isn’t gonna be right.

Ordered door dash, they withheld my order “claiming” I still owed money even though I paid for it through door dash before they placed a dasher to go get my food. When customer service tried to reach out to the restaurant, they kept getting disconnected (I think hanging up) and my dasher wanted to get unassigned on the order. SMH. Terrible.

Visited this location for the first time since it was built on my side of town. Tried to allow the new smell to die down and avoid such a line. The young lady informed me they did not have any butterfly shrimp. I ordered the popcorn shrimp and drove around. The line was moving at a good pace and my food was hot out of the fryer. She was really nice and proficient. Will be back again.
