I have never been treated so well by a fast-food restaurant as I did tonight by this one. When my order was being taken I was asked specific things about my likes, he listened well enough to ask questions that made sure my food was okay to eat, I appreciated that a ton! Then when I drove to the window, the woman working noticed that I did not order a drink and said, ” you shouldn’t have to eat your dinner without a drink and the way the economy is, can I get you a complimentary drink?” And that was the deciding factor that made me stop in the parking lot and do a review on this way out of the ordinary trip to fast food dinner. I’m sure everyone knows that they ask if you would like to add sour cream to almost everything you order. This has happened to me more than three times. I never know till I get home and open the bag. But if you’re going to ask everyone if they want sour cream for an extra charge. Perhaps you should put the sour cream on the item.

If I could give this one zero stars I would. No I don’t any to add sour cream to everything so stop asking!!! What would normally take 2 minutes takes 10 because they interrupt you with every damn item to ask me if I want it spicy or if I want sour cream on it. If I want it….I’ll ask for it but for the love of God stop wasting my damn time!!!

I showed up to pick up a mobile order and sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before the “manager finally asked if we needed anything. I guess drive thru order take priority over everyone else. I was then told that there was no mobile order when in actuality it was under my mothers name not mine. We even read off the hat the order was so I’m not sure how 2 and 2 couldn’t be put together. So I had to drive back to my house because I accidentally grabbed the phone and when so asked if there was some sort of discount or voucher for my next visit I was told there was nothing that could be done. I’ve managed Taco Bell and currently manage Burger King. There is always something that could be done. It’s really true what they say, customer service no longer exists.

OMG don’t even know where to start, was upset they charged me twice for extra jalapenos. I’m okay with that but at least if I’m going to be charged for something give it to me! And then the tacos were very stale. Didn’t eat one. 16$? All I got was a nacho meal with extra jalapenos! Doesn’t at all seem to be correct? In Vegas I believe I paid 10$… I didn’t do or get anything at all different!

This is by far the most accurate Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. On the few occasions where they have gotten something wrong, it was only one item and they were always super friendly and apologetic when I went to get it fixed.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband went through the drive thru to get an order we have gotten several times before. They added things to the order we didn’t ask for them also didn’t know how to remove the items that we didn’t order. So he paid for it and came home. When I say everything on the order was wrong is an understatement. The drinks were practically water, the food was all wrong (not even hot food either) and we pay more for the food than we ever have before. I had him take me back to get a refund and I got in there and obviously upset that my sons, my husbands, and my food was wrong. I told the employee what was wrong and he told me to “calm down” multiple times with the manager right there, I’ve never been so blatantly disrespected. This is the closest one to my house and now I’m more willing to travel each time to have better service and probably a correct order.

This is actually about my 5th time going to this new Taco Bell, and I have yet to find a flaw.. peep the the napkins (without asking) peep the perfectly proportioned hot sauce… peep the FORK for my nachos!!(without asking) … it’s 8:30 pm on 11/21/22, whoever is in charge right now good job

I ordered online and picked up inside. The customer service was wonderful. The order was completely accurate and everything couldn’t have been made better. They were both female employees that made my order and helped me at the counter. Wonderful job ladies!!! I hope they get raises.
