I haven’t eaten at a taco bell in absolutely years but this particular Taco Bell was very friendly. The lady caahier was very professional. We had questions, she answered them politely. The place was very clean including the restrooms. When we were leaving, the black gentleman said Goodbye from behind the counter and I thought that was great customer service.

Drive through on 7/15 ordered 2 of the deluxe crave boxes, they were giving to us with the lid unable to close food falling out, had to ask for a bag. We have purchased the same box at other locations with the presentation and food being excellent.. this location I give one star

The drive-thru moved quickly. The gentleman at the window seemed distracted. He didn’t give me my receipt for my order or say hello. The tacos were flavored well however if you like more meat than lettuce be sure to ask for extra meat which will cost a little more. Price was great for my order. I ask for taco sauce and they gave me more than enough. All in all I will return to this location.

Don’t go there. Ordered tacos with meat and cheese only and when I got home there was possibly only a tablespoon of meat and cheese. Besides that, it was so greasy that the bottom of the taco was soggy and there was that little bit of meat and cheese on the wrapper with the about 95% of a dry shell. Drove back and asked for manager and he “wasn’t there” Asked for his name and received a first name only and the cashier didn’t know his last name. Cashier became a bit hostile when I asked him his name. Then he offered to make some more, which I declined because of obvious reasons.

The 3 guys work around 10pm 05/28/2023 needs to be fired. You won’t believe me if I told you. But a an employee hop in the drive thru window to get back inside the store and started making my food with his dirty hands. I just thought it was weird . Then I got home… my online order was wrong so I went back. I told them my order again. As I’m waiting for my food . They were hitting eachother with the WET Floor sign . Then started to finish my already messed up order. They don’t need this job . They can do better

Order on Door Dash, the bag was sealed, the dasher was great. The Taco Bell sent a Burri a burrito supreme with beans even though the receipt said no beans, so it couldn’t be eaten. The person was allergic to beans and we were charge for the cinnamon crisp twists that were not included out of a six dollar item that couldn’t be eaten the burrito supreme we were given $1.99 credit and we did not have the meal that we ordered. Would not use these people for DoorDash out orders. You should check your own bag otherwise you’ll pay for things you didn’t get.

Whoever reads this review, I hope you teach your employees on customer service. I had ordered 4 combos online, when I notice 2 tacos from 2 of my combos were missing I went inside and let them know about the issue. Instead of addressing the issue in a customer oriented manner, they laughed at me like if I were to make up lies in order to receive free food. I’m sure there are cameras in this establishment, and you can check them out and see it was your employees fault, not mine. Instead of laughing at customers, they should focus more on making the orders correctly, and make up for their mistakes in a proper manner. I ordered on the Kiosk. I made my selections even choosing my sauce packets. I drove home and to my HUGE disappointment there were no sauce packets inside my bag! Sauce on tacos & burritos complete the food! One without the other just doesn’t do it! The tacos & burrito were made well and in a timely manner. I just wished I had sauce for my food!

I doubt I will be coming back cause I ordered two chicken quesadillas with extra chicken plus they charged me for the chicken which was fine. But when I got the quesadilla it was all bread and cheese and they gave me no receipt and I had to call ten times in a row just to get someone.
