When I got to the drive thru me and my friend did a mobile order separately. Once we got the food I realized I didn’t order ranch on the app and asked if I get some ranch and ketchup. The woman in the drive thru rudely stated there in there. So I check and ripped the taped and nothing was in there not even napkins. So I asked her if there’s can get napkins,ketchup, and ranch and told me I can’t. Her reasoning being is I can cause cross contamination. I felt so disrespected.

Looking for unfriendly Service and edible fast food for the hungry? I got you . The place is dirty, It needs a super double scrubbing everywhere. The floor is sticky, neglected corners show dirt and liquid spills. Terrible service!!! There have no customer service at all. They are sloppy with the packaging and handling of food. The woman taking our order got upset because apparently my order was to big. I was told “you should have come inside” on a day in which it has rained heavy all day. I understand everyone’s job can get overwhelming but it shouldn’t show to your customers. So sad!
