I came in and ordered the 2 for 6 deal I asked for cheese on both sandwiches and no onion on both sandwiches I got one Burger which onions and cheese and the other sandwich came with no cheese and I ordered before other people and got mine after they did ridiculous and in their phone number is disconnected to try to call them up worst place I’ve ever been

I asked them to make it fresh, I even walked into the restaurant instead of using the drive thru to not hold the line, but they did not make anything fresh. The fries were barely warm when I got them and the bread and meat were almost cold. When I got home, I realized they forgot some of my items, so I drove back to the restaurant. By the time I sat down, the food was cold. I tried to contact the BK customer relations, but nobody has responded yet. Do not waste your time and money at this restaurant. Your family dinner will be disappointing.

Ordered at the drive thru as I was craving an og chicken sandwich. Before ordering told cashier I had a coupon. Quoted me the non coupon price. When I went to pay, the cashier told me she couldn’t honor coupon as I didn’t inform her of it before ordering. My passenger disagreed as did I. The cashier proceeded to sweat me on the coupon thing trying to charge me full price. Told her I’d drive thru again telling her I had a coupon again from the start. She rolls her eyes and angrily hands me the order. Omg people. If I go to the trouble to seek out a coupon, cut it out of the mailer, announce I have said coupon before ordering then get harassed by an employee. Expect that ima lose my mind. Koss me goodbye burger King. Good luck in the future treating your customers like liars.

On 6/14/2019, I visited store #4761 for breakfast. Rosa R. took my order and was very pleasant with a morning greeting and courteous voice. After the order was taken and pulling up to the car in front, waiting for their order, I noticed Rosa walking towards my car making sure I had my drink. She knew I would have to wait for the car, as they were waiting for their food, in front of me. I have never experienced service like this and was blown away by her thoughtfulness. Thank you Rosa. You’re the best! A+ Service.

Crappy service! They couldn’t keep up with the orders and directed the staff to stop taking them so they could catch up. Meanwhile 3 employees were awkwardly standing around doing nothing trying to avoid eye contact, while I patiently waited to give my order. About 7 minutes later they were directed to start taking orders again and I finally received my order 15 minutes later. It was cold and the cheese didn’t even melt on the drive home. Terrible!
