From the moment I walked in the door and heard the people in the back shouting at each other I knew this would be an interesting visit. The carpet at the door might as well have taken my order, the food was as a cold as their personalities and the Soda machine was not only gross, but also watered down regardless of what drink you got. Use to love KFC, at least the ones in the north east now are run by some company out of Canada and they just don’t care.

Natawni “Tawni” Comes
Arrived to pick food up. We let the lady on headset know we did a mobile order and she didn’t take even a few seconds before we heard “Nope we don’t have that order here” with so much attitude and we even offered to give her an order number which she said she didn’t want (we gave it anyways though). We went in to talk to someone and show them a receipt from it that it gave (right location) and one of the guys that we talked to told us they have nothing to do with the app (with a mobile order pickup sign above our heads). They eventually gave us our combo meal and we noticed that they did not add the drink that was ordered. We let them know even before leaving and they said to get it from the fountain soda area, which was also out of the soda that was ordered. The guy we let know had told someone else (that seemed to be a manager) and he brushed it off saying in ear shot of us that he’ll get to it when he has time. When asked about possibly removing the drink, they told us that they could not do that as it was already paid for. No effort was made to make it right and the soda area looked very filthy. The customer service was AWFUL. Not suggesting this place to anyone and will not be going back.

Horrible! I can understand if you are short staffed or just busy. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken only. The gentleman before me the same. We both stood there and watched 2 sets of 3 people come in 20 minutes after we did get their food in less than 4 minutes. Wow! A couple that got their food before us…well the man did while she waited for her meal. They too saw that 2 sets of 3 people got their order in less than 4 minutes each. I approached the counter and asked the lady about my order. She states that those people had missing items in their meals. Which was not true. She finally got the lady with the guy order and then mine…I hope the other gentleman by me got his right after. We stood there for 45 minutes just for 3 pieces of chicken only. No bread or fries…just chicken. That is a shame! A lady worker there even walked out yelling. Then walked back in 15 minutes later. Whatever they are doing there needs to stop. Get better help. I know it can be hard, but that was not good. I lost my appetite and still have not eaten my chicken yet. I am very patient, but wow KFC!

This place should close immediately. We walked in and ordered very simple things and they are delivered wrong items, items were not even close. We got a chicken breast with human hair on it. We peuked after. I’m contacting the KFC investigating team and I’m not stop fighting this until this place gets closed.

We ordered and paid online. We chose the West Lebanon restaurant. The order was to be ready at 11:30 which is the time we got there to pick it up. The staff had not started the order yet. We live 45 minutes away and when we got home, one of our paid meals was missing.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever! Cashier was rude, didn’t both to tell order number or give the receipt but shouted order number only. Tacos and chalupas were cold and drinks were all mixed up!! Avoid at all cost!!

i ordered a craving box and they gave me 2 of the items not telling me they don’t make the box anymore so i went around to get something else they i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries got charged for it but got a regular chicken sandwich and a soda instead of fries they didn’t give me a receipt so there staff had problems with communication and listening
