I asked for a cold cut combo. It looked like all bologna so I tried to say something twice. The older lady behind the counter kept dismissing my concerns and talking over me saying “that’s what you ordered!” When I got to my car I couldn’t tell the difference between what was suppose to be bologna, ham and salami. Most of the meats had a green sheen to them (listeria) and it looked nothing like the ham and salami behind the counter. I went in to see if maybe I mis-ordered or could maybe pay to add regular ham and salami. I immediately got scolded by the older woman. Shouting that I got what I asked for. The younger lady was atleast nice and explained that the cold cut combo is all inferior cuts to their normal ham and salami and all looked alike. I left with my disgusting sandwich and ate chips for lunch, so I wouldn’t be yelled at by the older lady anymore. I’m not sure how much more passive I could’ve been, or how else I was suppose to let them know my concerns. It’s obvious they just don’t care. (Not to mention they all put on gloves without washing their hands, which is against health code)

What a disappointment. I tried for over an hour to place an order online, the system was down and I am sure that is corporations fault not the stores fault. But I called instead to place an order and the woman who answered did not even understand what I was saying about making an order. She then passed the phone to a gentleman who also could not understand what I was saying. I am pretty sure there should be at least 1 person working on each shift who can communicate in English. From there I decided, well I should probably go into the store and just make the order in person and pick up. Both of the people on the phone were in the store and the only people in the store. They could not understand how to make my order because they didn’t have any bacon and they were trying to communicate something about the wraps vs the sandwich. I then threw in the towel, no longer willing to waste another minute on incompetence. I am sure this is individually owned and getting employees right now is difficult but I hope things turn around here.

I can only be polite as giving a rating of one star. Personally my husband and I will never be back. Our two experiences ..this subway was closed a half hour earlier than what was listed on the door, as the female employee left as her ride awaited outside. The second time, the same employee made our subs so fast ,sloppy and in a hurry. Not only was there a complete lack of hospitality, this employee could not even make eye contact with us.

They aren’t subway they are a scam I went to order my food online and it won’t let me because they do not participate IN ANY PROMOTIONS THEY ADVERTISE…. when I drove in to get the food they refused to honor what was advertised online …. and stood there in a blank stare and kept saying I can’t i can’t I stead of just manually overriding to honor what was online …. they just lost a good customer ….

They told me the cold cut combo doesn’t have bologna… even went back and forth with us about it. We got home, tore the CCC apart, and wouldn’t you know there was bologna on it! How can the whole family that’s working there not know what’s on the subs??
