Some of the best Peruvian food you’ll find in LA. Insanely good, great service, and a wonderfully welcoming head chef. The live music is nice too (though a bit load if outside). Parking can be a but challenging based on where it’s located (corner of two major streets)… Small lot in the back, street parking elsewhere

Best and worst first. Taste of the ceviche was good. While setting up another table, the server dropped a fork on the greasy floor, picked it up and brought the plate and utensils out to other customers. Gross.

The food was excellent. If you love seafood this is a great spot. They have many other dishes with chicken and beef as well. Although, the price point is high so be prepared to spend at minimum $50 per person or more depending what you order. The ambiance is quaint and intimate.

My visit to Ceviche Stop was a personal journey through incredible flavors and warm service. From the tantalizing Ceviche Peruano con Leche de Tigre to the mouthwatering Lomo Saltado, every dish showcased the culinary excellence of the restaurant. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience that combines unforgettable flavors and personal service, Ceviche Stop is the place to be.

Fell in love with this place! The seafood is so fresh and delicious, every dish is made with love! I’m ready to drive here an hour to enjoy this meal! Despite the amazing food, the atmosphere here is so simple, homey. The people who work here are always positive, they really welcome their guests. Thank you❤️

Was driving down La Cienega Blvd. and saw the beautiful signage for Ceviche Stop, so decided to stop in! We were greeted by a hostess upon entry who was standing in front of the decorative patio. She seated us immediately, and we liked that there were heat lamps to accommodate us outside. Our server, Alberto, was stellar! A true gentleman who welcomed us and walked us through the menu in great detail.

The food was really pretty good. Ceviche was wonderful. Paella was flavorful, but seafood a bit overdone. Service was not great. Seems like the staff is not well trained. 15 minutes until someone even came to see if we wanted drinks. Spent another 15 min at end of meal waiting for someone to see if we were finished with it meal. The restaurant shows great promise, would like to give 3.5 stars.

BEST meal we’ve had in a long time! My fiancé and I came here on a Friday date night, and Alberto was the best server. He was so passionate and knowledgeable about the food- you couldn’t help but want to order everything from his enthusiasm and descriptions. We got the chicha morada from his recommendation, which is a purple corn drink sweetened with fruit and spiced with cinnamon and cloves- and we’re obsessed with it now. Alberto told us he grew up drinking chicha morada in Peru. We also got the delicious (and very instagrammable) Hangover ceviche which has delightful raw bass as well as fried calamari and seaweed on top. And, the paella- which is saucier than most Spanish paellas- and has unique bites from raw shaved onion and burnt limes. Truly such a hidden gem located at a busy intersection, but with plenty of parking and the best service and food.
