I stop here on occasion and it used to be great, but this year it has been going downhill fast. Of the last three visits, three times I have been given the wrong order. This time I only ordered for myself and not my family so I am not calling to come back (15 minute drive) and wait ANOTHER 10-20 minutes for my corrected order that still might be wrong. I hope this helps me remember to stop giving the Muscle Shoals Taco Bell another chance. I’m adding a picture of the “two Chipotle ranch chicken burritos and order of cinnabons” I received this visit.

Against my better judgement I gave Taco Bell Muscle Shoals another chance tonight despite the fact that the only thing they can guarantee is that they will screw up my order every single time whether they are busy or not. Well tonight was no exception! But I got the added bonus of a nice “F You”from the cook when he was told that my order was wrong and he would have to redo it.

Three separate times I have tried to come to this location to eat lunch on break and had to go back to work without eating. They are so slow and they refuse to take your order in the drive through until the person in front of you has paid and drove off. I assume this is because of a timer system like what we had when I worked in fast food but they are doing this to fake having a good drive thru time.

This location needs a ZERO. The workers tonight, Sunday 4-9-2023, Easter, was horrible. The language from the workers was very unacceptable especially with customers. I was at the kiosk ordering due to a sign on the register stating under staffed please use the kiosk. The language kept getting worse I stepped to the counter and ask for the manager. A lady stepped to the counter. Said what do you need. I said If you are in charge why are you allowing this kind of language to happen with customers. She said was like I will go talk to them. She did provide me with a phone number for a man named Wayne. She then went back to making food talking about me to the other employee who was cussing. Then that employee was cussing me. I went back to the counter and said excuse me. Basically I was told by a skinny African American Female that I didn’t write her _ paycheck, I wasn’t her _ boss, she didn’t have to stop _ cussing, she could do what she wants. She then proceeded with a racial statement. Let them know they would not be serving me, Muscle Shoals Police Department is being contacted to file a complaint, and Wayne was being called. I pray the manager, the GM, corporate clean house there. I will never go back to this location in Muscle Shoals, AL unless new management and employees are there. Now I will wait to see what is done about this situation. No I did not place an order…

We were VERY disappointed in this store once again. After sitting in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes thinking our order would be correct, NOPE !!! Still can’t get orders right. I specifically asked for no tomatoes on my items because I am allergic but I get home and eat two of the tacos that were correct and open my burrito supreme and it has Tomatoes falling out of the wrap. We understand the issue of slow service because people do not want to work these days but if you are going to make people wait that long at least have the orders correct. It seems that we can never go to this restaurant and an order be correct which is why we do not go there very often and now will the less than before. Management really needs to step it up and train the employees correctly but they also need to reach out to the customers such as myself who give this kind of review. After giving a review two or three times prior, management has never reached out or responded to the reviews. So it seems that management needs to be trained as well as the employees

They don’t cut the quesadillas or Mexican pizzas like they’re supposed to. Have to wait longer than usual here. A lot of times the orders aren’t correct. Definitely bottom of the tier of Taco Bells in the area.
