This is my first time back at this location since they reopened. It’s been very frustrating trying to get in there because of how they’ve set up the whole drive-thru. Anytime I’ve come by people are completely wrapped around the building and you can’t pull in. I finally managed to get in today and it seems they are so unorganized and unprofessional and very slow. But I was happy I was finally able to get in and get some food. Until I realized my food was burnt. As you can see in the photo. I just threw away the bottom half of the English muffin and ate what I could because I was hungry. The chicken did not taste as good as I remember, and was extremely fatty. I was happy to see this place reopen but now I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again.

Generally I don’t go to Chick fil a. I don’t like their chicken. But I did like the waffle fries. Unfortunately today it was bad. My fries were lukewarm and not crispy. However the service was impeccable. This is a first in 5 years and I doubt I’ll go back.

Loved the experience at Chic-Fil-A on Cortez! Service was excellent. Nice touch we had someone even come by a couple of times to check how we were doing and offer my kids a drink refill! Highly recommend.

This is the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A I have ever encountered in the history of Chick-fil-A’s. The individuals they have taking orders work as if Drive-thru functions as in dining status. I’m currently in line and I waited 6 mins to have my order taken!! Yes, it took the drive-through attendant 6 mins to take one order and it’s going on 7 mins to pick it up and there’s 4 cars ahead of me. POOR MGMMT!!!! Before the revamp, I assumed it was poor drive way design. But now w/the remodel it’s even slower. And what’s confusing is, why allow those w/huge orders to back up the drive thru line?? Pull them up and allow the angle/small orders to pass. Now I’m looking at my order and it’s wrong DEAR GOD GIVE ME STRENGTH

I know they’re still ironing out the kinks with the recent remodel but when ordering on the app used to be flawless, I waited a good 20 mins after I got the message that my food was ready and someone would bring it to me.. I was in the lobby, not the drive-through. I still love this CFA but was a little disappointed in that aspect because our food was already cold before we even got to enjoy it. We will be back, though, so no worries there

Best chicken sandwich ever! Place was closed for renovations for awhile. When I heard they reopened, I immediately went for my “fix”. Apparently everyone in Hernando County felt the same way. The place was packed and the drive thru booming! The staff was nonetheless smiling and polite as always, and got the orders out as quickly as possible.

I loved this place until my last visit. Some woman came in with a picture of a sandwich on her phone and said to the attendant this was in my husband’s sandwich. While the attendant is taking the phone to look at it she says it’s probably Grizzle sometimes that happens. As she looks at it she shots oh my God that’s disgusting, what is it?. I’m sitting a few feet away eating my sandwich and was disgusted by the whole conversation. I got up and said why don’t you take this conversation in side or someplace private. I was ignored and the conversation continued with them telling a manager and other people. I can’t bring myself to go back there and think about eating a sandwich with something un identifiable in it.
