I waited 2 weeks to get a shake. I chose Hardee’s over the chicken filet place (even though it costs twice as much at Hardee’s). I’m sorry I did. This time around, my shake was horrible. It was so runny abd had very little flavor. I didn’t have this issue other times I’ve gotten shakes, so I was shocked.

This place is nothing short of Epic! One female staff member saw I was on a knee scooter & came out to hold open the door! She then took our order and didn’t miss a beat with all the extras I wanted… She was able to check on us while we dined in, and I can’t explain THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER‼️ Hardee’s you all are lucky to have such a Gem‼️ Will definitely go back just for her, as well as the delicious burgers‼️

The food was good. (When we finally received it) Service was terribly slow, but the man that took and delivered our order was polite. No napkins anywhere. Went to get ketchup for my fries and there where no employees to be found. Fortunately another customer was kind enough to share.

I normally come at night when there’s a younger male with a tree on his head there. He is super respectful and already had my drink ready with the window open every time I pull up. His customer service is TOP NOTCH and talks a little ghetto like just a little bit but he’s very respectful and patient I have been coming for a year now and seen him when I come I’m impressed on how he has been progressing since the first time I’ve seen him especially with this being his first job.

Customer Service Was Great, But Sadly For Some Reason The Store Decided To Only Have 2 People Working & The Store Was Everywhere Once Orders Started Coming In & They Had To Figure It Out With No Help. Front Counter Had To Be At 3 Places At Once & The Only Kitchen Person Was Trying So Hard To Make Orders On His Own. They Made It Through With No Complaints Though, But For The Future There Should Be More Than Only 2 People In The Store. Also There Is No Baby Changing Station In Either Bathrooms Which I Thought Was Weird & I Had To Change My Baby In The Car. Other Than That The Food & Customer Service Was Great

I should have know not to stop there for dinner, when I saw the empty parking lot and drive through. The staff was very unprofessional except for the gentleman who took our order. The rest of the staff were playing games and being loud behind the counter. Now, we were the only people in the place, so tell me how our food was ice cold? I had a mushroom Swiss and the mushrooms tasted like they pulled it out of the fridge and plopped it on my burger without warming it. My mother ordered her burger with no pickles and surprise, surprise, guess what was on her cold burger. Fries were nasty also. Definitely a thumbs down. I will not being going back there.
