We pulled up in the drive thru at 9:30pm(they close at 10pm). There were cars outside still. Heard the ‘we’ll be right with you message’ and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes. Several people passed us by and told us not to even bother because this BK sucks. We backed up and pulled forward again to run over the sensor again and got the same ‘we’ll be right with you’ message. Watched a worker leave the building and drive off. At 10pm we drove off. The workers could’ve at least told us they weren’t going to take our order instead of letting us sit there. Good reminder as to why I’ve only been to Burger King once in over 10 years. Stopped by and ordered the “8 piece nuggets” they only gave me 6 and they where cold. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Also tried to apply a promo code and the person did not know that you have the option between the two whopper options “impossible whopper” or regular whopper. He insisted that I could only get the “impossible whopper”. I can see why Burger kings are closing down in neighboring areas. These restaurants need people that can manage this places in a better way . Over all bad experience and won’t be back at this location.

I was the only car in drive thru at 6:45pm, waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I wasn’t upset knowing they’re probably understaffed like the rest of the world….until the only cook brought the food out to me in ripped jeans while he was FaceTiming on his phone. Then as I pulled away, I see the manger (for the first time) standing outside the back door playing on his phone. Can’t blame understaffing when 2 of the 3 people working are more focused on their phones than the customers. Food was gross too btw, shocker.

This place is absolutely horrible. The place has so much potential and at one point it started to get good again. They were three individuals who work there that made the place worth going to. Alex who was the manager, Michelle who is another manager, and Jeff who should have been a manager because he did everything that the managers do and then some. But all three of these people will let go because Alex had got into it with the district manager. And the other two people were loyal to Alex so they let everybody go.
