Drive through lady can not multi task if you go on Friday nights. You will be stuck in the drive through without her handing your food that is sitting next to her for 30 minutes while she keep taking order if someone makes it to the ordering screen.

Went for dinner at 7:45pm. as we are about to finish at the kiosk was informed that they closed at 8. I stayed we have been here for about 15 min. Then some women said the line was cleared and cleaned out. Why does it say 10 pm on the doors? Hmmmm

We went through the drive thru, with only 3 cars in front of us. It took us a total of 25 minutes to order and be handed our food. We received no explanation as to why it was taking so long, only a “sorry for the wait”. We waited at least 5 minutes for them to actually ask for our order and then when we were by the window, we waited 15 minutes to be given our food. For context, we only ordered 1 drink, 2 potato tacos and 1 chalupa.

Had such a bad experience with this location tonight. We kindly asked the employee in the window if he could give us sauce and he gave us just 3 packets and once we asked for more he proceeded to roll his eyes and just give us about 3 more and it’s not like we had a small order.. then we get home and our items are literally trash. I was able to capture a picture of some of the items to show how bad they were made. Almost all of our items had about 3 pieces of meat and just when I thought I had atleast 2 good items it looked like employees decided to add EXTRA sour cream and cheese etc.. to make it seem like it was very full .. literally no meat !!!!! And For our quesadilla they barely even tried to cut it ( like other Taco Bell’s usually do ) and also barely anything inside … these items were proof that employees just did not care .. so sad that Taco Bell isn’t so much on the cheap side $$ and they are providing this kind of service and food. It’s like they are literally running out of meat .. if that is the case why not JUST CLOSE DOWN !! So upsetting .…. The burrito in the picture is literally a JOKE .. I could not believe that someone really looked at that and said “ YES PERFECT this is good enough “ that goes to show how much the employees “ care about the customers “ .

I don’t understand what is wrong with this taco bell location. Order for delivery? They find a way to mess up the order or just cancel every order. Dine in? The manager I believe just happens to be scolding the staff and firing someone right in front of the customers. Using the drive thru? Prepare to cut 20 to 30 minutes out of your day. Honestly, what is the issue? Is it the management? Is there a staff shortage? Lack of training? It seems like everytime I want tacobell, it’s this location that finds a way to ruin that.

Every single time we have ordered (dozens) there is always stuff missing! And even when we request specific amounts or types of sauce, none. Can’t help but think they do it on purpose at this point. Will take our business to the one by Springhill.

Go here regularly went tonight after a 11hr shift to get home and the sour cream was so sour it was disgusting was told unless i wanted to drive a neither 30 min 15 min each way they send me few tacos coupons the tacos weren’t the problem ur potatos were and they cost more than 2 damn tacos
