It is your and the company manager’s responsibility to get it right. I want to let you know this. Ask for two kids meals they did not put the chicken nuggets in meal when given, went back and they refused to believe they were not in there so they charged us again for chicken nuggets which I promise I would have never purchased if it wasn’t for my kids actually wanting them and their grandmother not letting it go for two kids meals I ended up paying almost 20 dollars for their mistake tonight! I ordered ten nuggets and a large two cheeseburger meal with only onions, mac sauce, and lettuce. One burger had just mac sauce and lettuce, the other burger had nothing I asked on it. This is unacceptable and since it was drive through there’s nothing I can do to correct it.

I ordered on the app. Went to the drive thru to pick up my order and two items weren’t available. They told me to contact customer service for a refund of those items. I contacted twice and still have yet to receive a refund or credit. Just been given the runaround. It’s been 3 weeks now.

Very disappointed. I have ordered via the mobile app and through the drive-thru at this location on multiple locations. Everyone, no matter what I order I am asked to pull around to the front to await my order. This morning I was told they were waiting on a hashbrown. Then the woman came outside to retake my order. 15 people were served while I waited for my breakfast meal. I find it very hard to believe no one behind me at 745 am ordered something with a hashbrown. I will be finding a different McDonald’s along my route work go forward. There was no apology either. Just disappointed.

They should teach their Employees Customer Service..I was the only one in the drive thru line ..I was asked to give them a minute I gave them 5 once I went to the window the young lady said again to give them a moment..no explanation or anything maybe the system crashed who knows..but to have a paying customer sitting in waiting while they finish their conversation is Very Unprofessional….do better

I’ve had so many bad experiences at this McDonald’s. They forget items almost every time, they’re extremely stingy with sauce, and employees are RUDE. Last time I went it was cash only late at night and the worker way overcharged me $12 for a 10 piece nuggets and a medium fry when the meal with that and a drink is supposed to cost a bit less than $9, she was refusing to tell us prices and unbelievably rude. Go to literally any other McDonald’s.

Okay so I came and got a medium sized 10 piece nugget meal and as I opened the box and took one nugget out to eat I noticed a roach crawling all over my nuggets I killed it with the sweet and sour sauce packet and threw the food away. If I could give y’all a no star I would. That’s messed up not to mention I got hung up on after I tried explaining it to someone a little bit ago. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. I got the pictures to prove it. Just don’t know how to post them on here but I’m gonna find out
