Not exactly what I was looking for and the flavor was worse. I know people need to work, but this place needs a lot of work! What I paid for was not worth what food I received! Its one of the problems with getting food to go! You are gone and it’s not worth the trip back to question the quality of the food! I can’t argue about the service! I went through the, Drive through! Plus the selection of food leaves a, LOT TO BE DESIRED! And its impossible to hear the cashier with all the street noise! So when you get to the cashier, the food is handed to you and you really never know what is in the bag! Panda is not on my, “go back” list!

Arrived at 8pm on a Friday evening, even though they didn’t close until 9:30, they only had half of their menu available. The manager said it was because they didn’t want to waste food at closing. So … save the company money but screw the hungry paying customer. Wow.

Gone here many times and have always gotten mediocre food. But the last time I ordered (two days before Christmas) I got disgusting, dried out noodles and rice, along with rubber and not fully cooked meat in my black peppered angus. When I tried to tell the manager about the poor (and quite frankly, worrying) quality, he offered to make new plates if I brought it in.

Just ordered drive through had to wait around 15 minutes, because sesame Chicken was not ready ordered honey walnut shrimp as well (being charged extra for it) came and find out that they did not put any honey walnut shrimp! (Also tryed to call nobody answering calls)

Went through the drive-through and no real complaints in that regard. My main issue being after I ordered they asked me to wait in the front as my food was going to take just a bit longer. No issue there, my issue is that after that, they had my wait for over 15 min. And when I walked in to ask them what was going on. The person who was at the register said to another coworker. Oops, I forgot about it. Then just handed me my food, No, sorry. No, we apologize for the delay. No, can we do something to make up for our laziness…. nothing. I don’t plan on coming back here.

So we thought it would be nice to give Panda another shot after a not good experience earlier in the year. This time not only did they get the order wrong, but did not give us a receipt at the time of purchase. They still charged us for our meal although they have a policy posted on the window that states NO RECEIPT ENJOY YOUR MEAL ON US.

Meals are always the same quality and the service is snappy. Although both the main dining and the drive thru lines do move quickly, it’s often faster to order online and just dart in to the register and pick up your food.

We enjoyed the food I found that the orange chicken which we usually really enjoy was mediocre. It was lacking the normal amount of sauce and the temperature was medium which indicated that it had been there for some time. Just after we sat down we noticed a whole order of new chicken replaced that which we had ordered. Additionally one of our codiners had ordered vegetables and instead of being told when vegetables would be available they were told that they were going to be getting them done. I would like to suggest your process be to the customer that you’re making a fresh batch and they’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready in 6 minutes or whatever it takes. It was disappointing that when ordering a bowl we could not have the bowl split between two different entrees, the staff had a can’t do attitude. One additional point of this restaurant was that the washrooms were in great need of attention including the need for paper towel for drying hands. There was no ice available in the drink dispenser. Overall I’ve given this restaurant a three out of five rating because the noodles and other food items we’re good.
