The service here gets worse and worse. They are not training these people at all. I ordered an iced coffee. She tried to hand me a black coffee with ice and French vanilla flavor. I received some old chicken nuggets. And they always forget something from my order. I once placed an order for an frappe. I was told that “thats dead” we are all out of ice. I try to avoid going to this location because they never do anything right. They need new management and training.

Young lady at the drive thru was rude because I asked for all of my change. She tells me that they are out of pennies so I asked for the manager she shuts the door in my face. The manager comes doesn’t apologize and tells me he will give me my change at the next window. I get there still no apology gives change as if nothing happened. First visit and will be the last.

I’m not sure how popular this particular McDonald’s is (as far as convenience and location) but it is ALWAYS out of varies things. From chicken strips to ice cream. I randomly go here from time to time. However, their professionalism is always on point. Just a side bar: I always pass the 1st window because it’s along the curving.

I am very unhappy with the service I received from this location on 5/28/19. I go to this McDonald’s all the time and this day I did not like how I was treated at all. I went through the drive thru as always and place my order on my lunch break from work. I ordered a number nine with a coke and two apple pies. Once I got back to work, completed my meal and went to eat one of my apple pies there was hair coming out of my pie. I got upset but I know sometimes things happen. So I called the store to speak with the manager about the matter just to let them know and also so they could just replace my pies. Once I called a male named Tony answered I asked how he was doing he said ok then asked how can I help you? I stated that I was just in your drive thru and I ordered a number nine with two apple pies and I just noticed there is hair in one of my pies. He replied “ I only have Mexicans working here” I asked “Mr Tony what does that have to do with my matter at hand? “ he said “ I need to see the pies bring them back” I stated “ I am back at work now but I get off at six and I will be happy to bring them back I can be there by 6:15pm is that ok ? “ he said “ yes, I’ll wait for you “ I said “ thanks I will see you then” once I got off work I went back to the store I arrived at 6:12 pm. I asked for Tony the very nice young lady named Yolanda stated “He just left he is gone for the day “ I explain the situation to her and she quickly corrected the matter I gave her the pies with the hair in them and she took pictures and sent them to Tony the (General Manager). She also baked me two fresh pies and informed me of the wait time . I was pleased with her and how she helped me, but the way I was treated by Tony was horrible! He was very unprofessional and he pre judged the matter before allowing me to explain the matter. This was wrong and so not appreciated. I go to this store every other day and I receive amazing service from a worker named Kiara very time she keeps me coming back she is AMAZING AND ALWAYS HAS A SMILE. She is the only reason I may still be a customer to this store. I would never like to deal with Tony again. I hope this sheds some light on this unprofessional matter. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB YOLANDA AND KIARA YOU LADIES ARW AMAZING AND A FEW OF A KIND!

This location is just nasty. Last time i went in, there was trash on half the tables and it needed mopping. The ice cream machine is always broken, the staff is ghetto, and service is slow. If you ask for any customized item, they’ll just say, “we don’t do that.”

The fries was COLD, the soda didnt have NO FIZZ and the BIG MAC TASTED LIKE THE BREAD WAS A WEEK OLD… I can’t say that I wasn’t surprised… In some of the Afro American neighborhoods this is what you get… From this day forward I will be going to the McDonald’s on the Crete side of town… The food taste great and the Customer service is on point.
