First time trying Raising Cane’s. I’ll be back. I ordered a 3 piece with a Post Malone cup..cause why not?!? The “Arnold Palmer” drink was delicious. I had a little wait for my meal, cause the restaurant was slammed! Everything went smoothly, people were chill, and the crew was running their azz’s off to take care of everyone. I decided to head back to the car, when I got my meal. To many and to much going on inside for me to eat, that’s just me. Fries were good and hot, I would have liked more salt. Toast was as good as ya want it to be with chicken! The chicken fingers, were juicy and very perfectly crispy. Nothing crazy about them on their on (think a good fresh hot Publix chicken) but dip them in the Cane’s Sauce and they are delicious!! I like flavor without heat. However, they provide hot sauce if you want it. This isn’t “the holy chicken” and I still like Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich.. BUT I can totally vibe with this Raising Cane’s Chicken!

This is my first time coming to this particular location, but I’ve frequented canes in the past. This particular location was very very busy, but they were still extremely fast with getting our order out for dine in. I think volume of customers they had coming in both dine in and drive through had a negative effect on the freshness of the meal, but apart from this I enjoyed this location. Nice staff, fast service, and a clean restaurant. Just would prefer to wait a bit longer for fresher chicken.

In my honest opinion I wasn’t too thrilled with the food. I wasn’t a fan of the breading on the tenders, crinkle fries were too small, coleslaw reminded me of KFC which i liked. Service and atmosphere was great. 4 piece tender meal for 4 people came out to 50 dollars. My son said he gave the tenders a score of 4 out of his top 10.

We got there two lines very confusing. They took my order. There was really nothing about the food that told me anything. The they should have menus or something to be looking at through that big long line. Person came on the microphone when I finally got up there which I couldn’t figure out. The guy in front of me didn’t do it. When I did that I placed my order. I was felt rushed. I’d never been there before trying to figure out what I was getting. They really don’t have a selection. I pulled up to the first window. The guy told me the total which I don’t even remember what it was. I asked for a receipt he said oh our printer doesn’t work. They just opened up. He said I’ll get you one at the next window. I said I’ve heard that before. He gave me thumbs up that he had told them that I needed a receipt and that they would give me a receipt. So we pull up to the next window. Lo and behold they asked me what my name is. I give him my name and then they give me an order with no utensils. No condiments, no napkins and hand me my they said oh you’re waiting on something else and then they give me my drinks with no straws. We’re traveling through town. Heading home on a 2-hour trip with nothing to eat. As we were traveling we couldn’t drink anything cuz we didn’t have any straws and I don’t drink in my car without a straw. I asked for my receipt. The little girl looked at me and she said our receipt printers do not work, but they can print some type of receipt because there was a printed piece of paper on the order. She didn’t ask her manager. She didn’t ask for nothing. I just kind of sat there and looked at her. I said I’ve got to turn this in as an expense and I don’t have a receipt. If you’re in printers are not going to work in a restaurant then you need to give somebody an e receipt. Called up to the store a few minutes later. Spoke with a manager and she said we can print receipts. Are you serious? She asked me how far was I from the location at that point I was already I don’t. I was already on the interstate heading back home to Kentucky. Too late then. The chicken was cold by the time I got home and the tea was watered down. Was not impressed the chicken as my husband stated was watery tasting My chicken finger as I was getting to eat it finally had hair on it. That’s disgusting and I have gray hair silver and this was a blonde hair I believe. I don’t even remember what color hair it was. To be honest with you there was a hair I would never go back for the amount that we paid for that food for it to be a disaster as it was I will never go back.

They’re still working out the kinks so the young lady who was working register was not familiar with the gift card, but it was figured out rather quick.

Not sure if I had a bad first day experience, or Canes just isn’t good as take out. Staff was a delight, but by the time I got home (5 mins away) the breading on the chicken was so wet it was falling off the tender. Fries were perhaps undercooked (or maybe just very soggy) — air frying couldn’t save them.

I’m not sure why so many of the other reviews are so negative. The chicken was extremely tender, the breading was excellent, the fries were great, the bread was top tier. I’ve been an avid Zaxby’s eater for over a decade, but the meal I had today at Cane’s is better than anything I’ve ever had at Zaxby’s.

The food is completely bland. The fries looked like they came from the bottom of the bag. Short small pieces of fries. The chicken tenders were small for 9.99 for a 3 piece. Not to mention NO refills for lemonade— ” ma’am you dont get refills on lemonade, you have to pay again.” I have never its not specialty lemonade..its lemonade!!!! If I could give a zero for service I would. Mission BBQ free refills on lemonade folks. I’ll Never be back. Extremely disappointed in Canes. Triple DDD, You were wrong..this is a hard pass for me.

It’s good, but I would never wait in that drive-thru line. I sat inside and the chicken was hot, the lemonade was watery, the fries were unspectacular, and the sauce was tangy.
