Tonight my daughter and I ordered hot wings and fries, they are the best! Well long story short they were dealing with what everyone has short staff new untrained employees. A girl called apologizing then went over and beyond late cooked our food and delivered it. Thank y’all food was amazing

BEWARE! This store discriminates against disabled people and people with back issues! I placed an order for Curbside pickup here 10/30/2022 and they refused to bring it out to me. I hurt my back recently and only ordered because I thought someone would be kind enough, since they claim to offer Curbside Pickup on the website, to bring my order outside to me. Instead they refused to bring the order out, would not answer my phone calls, and will not refund my money.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars! I live in an apartment complex in Russellville. Ordered pizza at 5:41pm, and at 6:41pm got a notification that my pizza was delivered, except I didn’t get the pizza. Called the number listed for the store, except it kept going to a call center who would have to transfer me to the store. When the call would transfer, it would ring busy. Couldn’t go get the pizza, that’s why I had it delivered. I’m out $30 now, and no one will answer. Horrible experience!!

I got one word SAD. I was band as a Door dasher cause I ask where my top was that the customer said they put on there card. Another dasher that did work there was off work dashing and the guy at Logan left her a 25 dollar tip on the card she ask the manager where it was he said you work here some so I’ll put it on your time sheet. IF HE WASNT KEEPING MONEY WHY HE OFFER TO GIVE IT BACK.

I placed my order through the app at 5:23pm. At 5:41pm, I received a text saying that my order was out for delivery. At around 6:30pm, I tried calling the store and the call was directed to the call center. I ended up calling 4 times and each time was directed to the store’s phone line. It would ring twice and switch to a busy signal. At 6:50 pm, there was still no pizza and I couldn’t get through by phone, so I had to drive (only 4 minutes away) to the store to cancel my order in person. When I got there, a gentleman in Nintendo pajama bottoms and a black tshirt came to the counter. I didn’t even think he worked there, but he knew how to work the cash register… so maybe he did. He didn’t seem concerned that the phone wasn’t working and blamed the online order for the delivery being lost. I have had nothing but issues with this local Russellville store. I’m done with it.

We placed our order for a cheese pizza add pineapple and the 8 bread sticks at 3:52 pm. When I placed the order my apt number did not save, I immediately called at 3:54pm after placing the order and let them know the apt number. I received a text saying my order was on the way at 4:08pm at 4:27pm I called the store back to see where the driver was because at this point it had been 20mins and the store is exactly 8 mins away from my house. At 4:32pm I received a call from the driver saying he never got my apt number, the manager said he wrote it down but never told the driver. The driver then told me he was A COUPLE of minutes away. My pizza did NOT arrive until 5pm. My pizza had no cheese on it, not even a handful, it was hard as a rock and cold and my bread sticks were cold as well. I tipped the driver online when I paid. But there was no reason that my pizza should have taken an hour to get to me when ” I was the only delivery on route.” I’m VERY DISSATISFIED with my service and food. I don’t like Papa John’s it makes me sick, but I will NEVER waste my money ever again at this location. The entire thing is unacceptable and if I had pictures of the pizza I would have posted them.

If i could give this a zero star, I absolutely would. If you want to know the definition of bad customer service and bad management, this is the place. The manager has a very nasty attitude every time I go in there to get food. The place is so gross. The place also looks like a rehab center. The employees are always wearing pajamas and some flip flops, pretty much looks like the rolled out of bed, put a shirt on and some slides.. Today, I was not greeted with a “hello how are you” or anything like that by the manager, just a cocky look and said “excuse me” very rudely when I told him what I needed. He also threw a lot of stuff before handing me my order. When I was walking out, the manager mumbled something underneath his breath. I felt totally disrespected today.. I will not be ordering anything from this place as long as this management is still around. I give them a chance every single time but this time is enough. I will go to subway, papa johns, dominos, or even Casey’s before I ever go to this place again..

I wish I could give 0 stars but buyers beware of the new system for deliveries as soon as your order leaves Pizza hut is not responsible for whatever happens even tho I ordered through them pretty much the supposedly manager said that he couldn’t do anything I had to call doordash now doordash don’t want to rrefund my money back because I orde4 through Pizza hut, isn’t that bad for costumers , 2 hrs I placed the order never recieved it and no money back that’s some F up for paying costumers terrible service
