I recently visited this restaurant, and I have to admit, my experience left something to be desired. When I walked in, I noticed a team of five employees and a manager, but only a couple of them were actively working on orders for the three customers present. Sadly, the wait time was a bit excessive, with an additional 10 minutes passing before the sandwiches were ready. What disappointed me further was the quality of the food – the bread was disappointingly soggy. It seemed that the team wasn’t functioning at their best, and despite the seemingly sufficient staffing, only two young employees were actually working. I appreciate their efforts, but it was clear that there’s room for improvement in terms of efficiency and food quality.

This was our first visit here. Cashier could of been more helpful and knowledgeable. We got combo with salad. Our salads were on the brown side and the lettuce looked old. We asked for the mustard on the side which they forgot. When I went up to ask the older lady looked annoyed. Over $40 for 2 combos. Bit pricey.

This used to be our go to for lunch and only 4 months ago I gave 5 stars. Today was the last time we will be into this location, i legit sat and listened to the “shift manager” yell at the guys making sandwiches long enough to make me and other customers uncomfortable! It took almost 30 mins to get 3 sandwiches and 11am. Just avoid it.

This a great location, very busy. Not a lot parking but well lit. Access from the street is tight. However, very clean and they follow all safety covid protocols. Very easy menu to use and medium priced. Indoor and outdoor seating. Curbside pick up and webpage. Food is very tasty and get you het a lot on your sandwich. Chips and soda fountain. Nice atmosphere and cool wall fixtures. Very highly recommended.

Dear Firehouse employees, if a mother of five young children, wants her sandwiches cut into thirds, served in red baskets, and brought outside as a courtesy, give it to her. At the very least, you should’ve offered first, as common courtesy.
