The lemon pepper wings were DELICIOUS… We showed up when they had just opened so had the advantage of no crowd… What I disliked was that their drink machine was completely out of anything that was NOT soda and I didn’t want soda!! I order 43 dollars and some change worth of food which was two orders, I order 10 piece all flats 2 BBQ the rest mild I get home I have 2 BBQ 1 flat the other was a leg the rest of themiled order was legs with 2 flats go back up there for them to get the order right gave them the receipt and told them my order again this time they gave me all flats, but I had 5bbq and 5 mild wow still can’t get it right I said could I get a couple of extra chicken no she said I can give you a ranch didn’t need it I already order a large ranch. Sorry just wasn’t good enough after they messed my order up twice.

The past two times I’ve ordered online they’ve completely f-ed up my order. Ordered a 40pc and was only given 20. I Wasn’t offered a refund the manager only gave me 30 days to pick up the other 20 wings. The last time I ordered online delivery I was given the wrong order. I called the store and they said my order was still in the store and that it was an error on their part because they handed the delivery driver the wrong order. The manager told me I could go pick up my original order that night but could not refund me the delivery charge ($10) because I was allowed to keep the food I was incorrectly delivered (which I was not planning on eating so it was going in the trash). Do yourself a favor and go to another store. The management here needs to be fired.

I don’t know why I torture myself by going to the one on Alameda, being close doesn’t mean quality. You try to support your area and they let anybody cook any kind of way. If all you do is chicken all day then you should’ve been an expert by now, it must come down to management. An ordering online isn’t the best, we see one thing and get charged extra for it and they tell us they don’t see it in the receipt, so what’s the purpose of having online services if it’s not the same thing. IDK if you let them tell you. They need new management and new online service’s maybe it can link up correctly. They already had 3.8 stars before I added my two cents. Hope somebody listening to help them out.
