I ordered 2 large pizzas from this store and when I went to pick them up I asked for some ranch on one half of one pizza but the employee refused in a very strange and rude way that left very upset and embarrassed, that happened in front of my kids and other customers, he was very impolite and unprofessional, I left without picking up the pizza and had to go to a competitor and bought other pizzas for my kids , that was on July 29,2023

Ordered carside here. One of the pizzas was totally wrong, we ate it anyway. Employee who brought the order out to my car was totally rude, didn’t acknowledge my presence nor my request to leave pizzas on passenger seat. Normally not a huge deal for me but a simple “How are you?… have a nice day” goes a long way

Ordered delivery and was quoted about 27 minutes. Over an hour later I called and was told it would be another hour. Cancelled the order and will never order from Domino’s again. I should have known better, there is a reason they have terrible reviews.

This is a review for location on 2N Park Ave. I was reluctant to order as anytime I do so, there is a wait time issue regardless if you choose delivery or pick up. I decided to give it another try as this is a new location. Should have never done so. While order was completed rather quickly, when I got home I found that it was wrong. I called, the person who answered did not even bother to apologize, asked if I want to pick up the right item, I said yes. When I got there the employee said that he did not know that I wanted it redone as I hang up on him. No such thing. And another employee confirmed in front of me that I wanted it redone. He said ok, give me 10min. I had to wait again…He brought it out to my cat said here you go and left. Not at any time an apology was given for providing me with the wrong item. The worst customer service. Mistakes happen, at least educate them to accept the responsibility and please coach them on simple good manners, I m not even gonna attempt to suggest excellence in customer service

Do not order from this location!! Took 1 1/2hrs to receive my order after it was reported coming out of the oven. Then when it arrived the driver forgot my drink and said he would go back and get it. After an hour of waiting for my drink I called them to find out why this still hasn’t been delivered. They told me it would be going out shortly. Still haven’t received my drink after speaking to the driver 2hrs ago. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this location but it is definitely the last. DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MICROWAVE PIZZA!!!

Stay away from this location. After calling their phone several times, they kept hanging up on me. Then I drove down there to place my order in person. Got there to find one staff on duty- a very rude young lady who was obviously very overwhelmed told me very abruptly that she was busy at the moment and I would have to wait for her to take my order. Meanwhile, the phones kept on ringing nonstop. Eventually I left, after standing there being ignored for too long. The other new location down main street is waaaaay better.

0 stars. I never post reviews. My boyfriend and I ordered pizza &wings at 5:03PM on a Saturday for delivery. At 630, we were wondering where it was. No prob, must be busy, let’s call. Call and wait on hold for 30 minutes, continue to hold as we drive to the store… just to cancel our DELIVERY order. Upon arrival we wait outside another 10 minutes as there are about 15 people waiting for their food. I request to cancel and explain why (2 and 1/2 hour wait and no response on phone). A blonde women mumbles that she hasn’t touched any delivery, the manager, Ryan, states neither have I. I laugh.. and the women continues to say, can’t you see we are busy – we don’t answer when we are busy. I say I do, can I have your name miss? She responds that she does not have a name and her manager, Ryan, and the other guy refuse to give us her name. No problem, again she’s the only women working and quite frankly I’m not that worried about it. Honestly, I was not even that angry at the food, just the fact that this women was mumbling and being rude when I was calmly trying to cancel my order. I get it, customer service is hard, but please do not start a fight with someone who truly didn’t want a fight in the first place. The manager then bans us from the store (again, no problem didn’t plan on coming back lol). The only thing I hope is that no name Nancy becomes no job nancy for her terrible customer service skills and Ryan for not even trying to calm the situation when he is a manager. So end all be all, we waited 3 hours just to have to DRIVE to the store to cancel a delivery order.
