Just went to this place. It’s normally nice, but today I asked for my drink to be remade with less milk, only to have it made again the same way. The short black girl was very rude about it and tried to teach me about a latte. I’ve been a barista and I’m well aware of what a latte is and how it’s made. The girl had an attitude about remaking it so i left but you should teach your employees better customer service. Instead of giving a bad attitude, try listening to what someone is saying. I was trying to be very clear about what I was requesting. I didn’t ask for a coffee lesson.

Extremely inconsistent. Never had an issue with food, but the coffee is either good or awful. There is no in between. Lately, it just tastes like dirty water. Multiple times I have stopped at Circle K and paid for ice (fyi iced coffee is supposed to be cold, not room temp and), cream and sweetener. If there is a line, forget it unless you have 20 min to sit on a drive thru line for your coffee.

This location has rude workers. They are never friendly. Where has customer service gone. Every time I go there they mess up my order in some way. This past time the girl assumed that the change I had leftover she was going to put it in the tip jar.. why would i tip you. You messed up my coffee order. As usual you mess up every time I’m there and all of them are extremely unfriendly.

Ticket for takeout had not even been pulled yet. No one was inside at a table yet. The order was still not ready on time. Not acknowledged for three minutes. Someone touched another person’s hair and then touched food. I don’t know if hair nets are required but, no one was wearing one.

i’ve been coming to this dunkin for years 🙁 they used to be so nice at this location but the polite interactions are very rare now. i understand it’s work and you would rather be doing something else and might be struggling with personal problems, but that doesn’t give you the excuse to be rude to customers. i will stick to Starbucks from now on… dunkin’s prices have significantly gone up in the past few years and i can get better coffee and customer service there.
