Been seeing ads for the blizzard of the month (sprinkle cake cookie dough in vanilla ice cream) and decided I wanted one enough to stop after grocery shopping. The teen boy at the counter didn’t know what the blizzard of the month was (he seemed new, so maybe hasn’t had enough training yet), so he went and asked a middle-aged woman about how to ring it up and she went and brought a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard with chocolate sauce (not what I ordered). I’m not a fan of chocolate sauce, so I asked her to do mint with brownie bites since they don’t have the advertised blizzard of the month. She agreed, but then instructed the girl making the blizzard to substitute Oreos for brownies because they were out. I dislike Oreos; they’re hard and don’t even absorb melted ice cream to go soft, and the ones in this blizzard had no Oreo filling creme stuck to them either, so it really was JUST hard cookies. Why not ask me what my preferred substitute was instead of just assuming what YOU like is MY taste? If you’re out of so much, tell me what you DO have so I can choose from available options. Put up signs so people know what’s out and don’t bother you with impossible orders. I didn’t dare send the second one back because the woman in charge was clearly moody and might spit in the next one (I can’t even guarantee she didn’t spit in this one). The young girl who handed it to me also forgot to flip it over, but probably a good thing because it was already looking soft and might have fallen out.

It is absolutely mortifying that this place has been allowed to stay open with the lack of customer care that it consistently shows. I placed an order on their app and when I went to pick it up they told me that they didn’t have an order for me. After showing them my email confirmation they then found my order in the trash. I then had to wait for dinner to be made. Upon arriving at my house I discovered that my tenders were almost burnt, I didn’t have extra fries like I ordered and my blizzard that was handed to me with a lid was missing a quarter of it. It was not worth saying anything to any employee since it felt like it didn’t matter that I was even supporting their business. Definitely will go out of my way to find a different location that better suits their customers.

Service could be described as incompetent and impersonal. Went there with the family to have a normal night out. We were met with a complete lack of customer service. We’ve even witnessed 3 other families waiting in line that just left because no one was there to help them. There were a total of three employees that would just look at us while we stood at the counter and did absolutely nothing. We gave it a shot. Still ordered weighted patiently as one does. 8. Our food and then went to get the kids Dilly bars waited a total of 30 minutes to get two Dilly bars. While the employees just looked at us like we would just magically disappear. On top of that. Good luck getting a refill because their soda machine for the customer side was completely broken and then trying to get an employee to get you a refill was impossible. And on top of that the kids meal did not come with dipping sauce. They said that would be another 75 cents when I asked for one. These people should be let go and they should hire new staff.

I take the grands here a lot. We were in last week, and the ice cream machine was broken. We weren’t told when we ordered lunch, so when the kids went up to get their ice cream cone, they were so disappointed.

I will not be back at this location. I went to the drive thru today and tried to order some meals for my kids and was told they were not serving burgers. You can atleast put a sign on the menu so people will know. I had to wait in line and drive thru as I could not back up. I have been at this location other times and had to wait for a long time just for a sundae. I went to Sonic across the street.

Must be lacking management. Burgers took 40min and we had to ask about our order several times. Finally got them and they were cold with cheese still not even melted. The place was clean and had several workers. There were alot more upset customers than us and the drive through line was longer than I’ve ever seen.

Was forced to wait in the drive-thru line for over 35 minutes as the incompetent staff tried multiple times to “refund” the vehicle in front of us. We explained that we had an emergency and needed to get out of the drive-thru line, but they would not instruct the vehicle in front of us to move, trapping us and several irritated customers behind us as well. The staff working tonight need serious coaching on customer service and general communication skills.

In line to order for 30 minutes and trapped by other cars to leave. Get to the area to order and the only reason I came to to dairy queen was for steak fingers. I was told they were out for the weekend. Disappointed yes! I ordered 2 tacos. Hurgerbuster add mustard and sm fries. After paying $14.00, I get home and the tacos.. good as usual…but the burger was not Edible… so much mustard that it was dripping from the burger and the burger patty tasted like it had been sitting in old blood for hours. Burger went in the trash. Fries were soggy. Will not be back to the location on 2920 and 249.
