These folks giving 1 star reviews despite admitting they’ve been 10 times in the last month. Goodness. I love this place. They’re so pleasant, my food is as I ordered it, and I’m glad for the new business in town.

I do not know the exact date but this location has just recently opened and not one employee had a clue about the menu. The place is dirty. 3pm and it’s dirty and the place is very small! Tables are dirty floor needed to be swept! A suggestion- it would be nice if you offered something to drink for children! Children love donuts but there is nothing for them to drink!

This location has just recently opened, and while I understand there are always a few kinks to work out in the beginning, my orders have been consistently wrong every single time but the first day (I’ve been 8+ times for myself, friends and family, since their opening so definitely have given them a fair chance before coming to my current assessment.) From the employees not knowing their product (like what a “Boston Kreme” donut is, the difference between the chorizo wrap v.s. the chicken wrap -one is neon orange on the outside, one is regular tortilla color… so it’s should be easy to know which is which even if not labled…- how to make a frozen BLENDED drink v.s. an iced one), to items being completely omitted from my orders due to either carelessness/forgetfulness or to lack of current availability. Big hint, it’s not good business practice to take people’s money and not provide the goods the customers paid for… Try offering a substitute but if none is available or acceptable, don’t charge them and give them a refund. Oh and please, PLEASE stop putting ICED donuts upside-down, smooshed in paper bags… all the icing ends up coming off and sticking to the paper instead of the donut. Using a small box for those would be best. A little care in handling the product would go a long way. Just very basic common sense stuff here, guys.
