8-27-2023 is when I ordered.I specifically said on the app not to overcook the cheese on my pizza and they did not listen. I swear young people demand the raise in their pay but don’t want to put in the effort in their job. Somethings got to give. Honestly I should get a free pizza out of this unsatisfactory work.

The Pizza Hut Melts were not what I was expecting we got to different ones not impressed with either one but to give you an idea why… We order one of the meat lovers and it has..(pepperoni, ham, pork, beef, Italian sausage and bacon) you would think that you would get meat in every bite… but no there were several bites that were just cheese and not a lot of cheese either. I would have rather paid $9.00 or $10.00 and it be stuffed with meat.

I don’t even like Pizza Hut. My husband does, and so we ordered it tonight as a treat to him. Our stuffed crust was hot, cheesy, and delicious. The boneless wings were cooked to perfection & there was no shortage of sauce. This order from this location may have redeemed my feelings about Pizza Hut as a whole!

I had a pretty terrible experience with this place recently. I order from them semi regularly. I order off the app. When I did that last I got my estimated order time and then no updates for almost an hour. After that hour I got a text saying my order was going to be delivered by DoorDash in another half hour. Then the tracker showed the dasher “on the way”. For context, I live 5 minutes from this place. The dasher arrives and my husband answers to get the pizza and the dasher demands payment. My husband hesitates and says I always pay on the phone but he yells out for me to come to the door. The dasher pulls the pizza away and says he has to collect payment as soon as I get to the door. I tell him I paid via Apple Pay and ordered through the app as always. He tells me that can’t be so because he doesn’t work work for Pizza Hut, he works for DoorDash. I say I can call and confirm and he says my payment didn’t go through so I have to pay. When I call Pizza Hut the Pizza Hut worker pulls it up and can see immediately that it was paid for. He hands over my now very cold food and leaves without a word.

My. pizza was ready for 10 mins and no one came out to ring the 7 people that were in the lobby. When I asked for help the guy said hold on I dont ring on the register let me get someone that was another 5 mins before the SAME guy came out to ring me up on the register hahah this place is a joke and the pizza was GROSS

Was so excited and ready for some pizza but the pizza I ordered was hard, dry, and had a sticky chewy like texture. I can’t tell If it was over cooked or undercooked but I couldn’t eat it. I was able to get a refund luckily but had to drive all the way back to the store to give them back the pizza which is fine because I didn’t eat it but I had to waste gas even though I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. It was almost like they didn’t believe me. I drove all the way there just to receive another copy of a receipt I already had. Save yourselves the trouble and buy from somewhere else.

The delivery guy tried to give me a busted Dr Pepper 2 liter.. I didn’t take it and asked for it to be taken back to the restaurant. The pizzas and boneless wings I ordered tasted great but, the mozzarella sticks did not.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location at least 8x in the past 6 months, never, even though it is requested, do they ever put seasoning on the crust. Tonight I ordered 3 different pizzas and requested seasoning on each one and as you can see by the pictures the crust is plain. I have given enough chances as I know people are human and make mistakes, but every single time?? Don’t even offer it as an option if your staff will not do it. I know its just crust but thats it, it’s just crust-add the seasoning or dont offer it.
