the customer service here has gone down drastically in the last 6 months. it was never great but now it’s just stupid. you order something, it’s wrong. you ask them to fix it, they say they do still wrong. they have these girls working at the front register who don’t know how to speak. they just look at you and stare. no smiles. you ask them a question and they shrug their shoulders. i know it’s hard to find employees but wow, i’d rather deal with the digital machine and send these morons home, they don’t want to be there. stressful for no reason.

This place is terrible. I tried calling ahead an hour prior to them closing for a single pizza order. No answer to any calls i make. I finally get there and they literally tell me they cant serve me. I asked about the calls and they told me they shut their phones off an hour before closing. Thats pathetic. I understand not taking an order 15-30 minutes prior to closing, but a whole hour?? Unacceptable. Specially for a takeout order with attempts of ordering ahead of time.

I’m DONE going to little caesars, I was calling over & over to place an order, nobody picked up the phone, upon arrival, I was met with a worker behind the register by the name of Martin D, I asked her if anyone heard the phone ringing & that I had called several times, she just looked at me & mumbled, so now I had to wait for my food, the whole time waiting, the phone was ringing & NOBODY was picking it up, so unprofessional, that’s customers trying to place an order & with them not answering, that’s possible money missed out on for the company, & on top of that, my was horrible, the dough was undercooked, I should’ve went elsewhere!

This particular store has been my go-to place for 15 plus years. My last two experiences were horrible, especially the last one. I’ll start with yesterday’s experience. I called at 5:15 p.m. to place a pickup order for two pizzas, I arrive in 15 minutes and was told another 5 minutes and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. A total of 45 mins ! They also charged my card before getting my pizza obligating me to wait this ridiculous time. Samantha is not fit for her position as Store Manager. She looked like a deer in headlights. She had no customer service skills. There was at least 6 others waiting once I walked out with my pizza. I don’t like the nonsense and lack of customer service all employees lacked. Not excusable. If you value your time go else where!

Horrible service and rude. I walked in with my son and there was another customer who entered behind me. At the counter there was a worker whispering with a customer. They talked for a bit then the worker went to the back to get another worker who came out and they all continued talking. After a moment they finally helped me and the man behind me. While we waited for our order, the door alarm kept going off. One of the workers came from the back and asked me to move across the room because we were setting it off. There were other people in the seats and 2 kids kept coming in and out. I told the worker we weren’t setting it off but they were. Seriously?

The food is usually pretty decent. They are pretty quick with getting your pizzas to you. The other day we went there and the manager seemed pretty rude to one of his former employees that was picking up her last pay check. He seemed quite disrespectful towards her. There has been a few times we’ve gone in and they messed up our order. We’ve had to drive back to get a new pizza. They didn’t offer us anything for messing up our order either. They were also kinda rude when we went back in. They made up excuses for why our order wasn’t right. Overall, I would go back, only because it’s a cheap place to get pizza and it’s good when you’re not feeling like cooking. Their customer service is lacking though.
