They’re really friendly, and I’ve ordered here for some time. Once I ended up with the wrong pizza in a large order of pizzas and they made replacing it, and swapping it out a breeze. Have only had that one problem the one time, and they handled it well. They’re a good outfit, and I appreciate them.

The last 4x I have ordered from here the food wasn’t good, it hardly had any toppings, big dough bubbles all over the pizza, and somewhat burnt. It looked as if it had been dropped a few times… Each time I’ve called they refused 2 replace it I had 2 contact their district manager and she took care of it. They really need 2 sit their employees down and have a harsh talk about conduct, cleanliness,and neatness , also their attitudes towards customers. Without the customers they wouldn’t have a job.

Didn’t have a problem with this establishment until the last 2 times that we ordered from this specific location. The first bad time was finding out 2 hours after ordering that they would be unable to deliver and I would have to pick up the food. The same food that had been sitting since it had finished cooking without refund or apology. We didn’t return for months and today same issue. Ordered at 5:26pm. Tracker says order is complete at 6:08pm. All is well. No food. No call. Nothing. I call them at 7:06 as we are a matter of minutes from the restaurant to see what the hold up is. Again. Same thing. We don’t have drivers and have no idea when it will be delivered. When we get to it. And further refused to give management names or contact information of any kind outside of what was currently working (an assistant manager and another assistant in training). I was hung up on twice… wasn’t given any real explanation or way to bring this further as it is franchise owned and operated so corporate doesn’t handle these issues…. And my food arrived a total of 3 hrs and 7 minutes after my initial order…. Who runs this place and thinks that is the way to conduct business? Hope whoever it is finds this comment well and tries to do something about it as I’m not the only person with this issue locally at least.

I normally don’t have an issue when it comes to orders being correct it’s easy to forget sauces but tonight, they got caught slipping twice. I ordered 2 order of twists with cheesy marinara sauce and 2 20 oz sprites. When the food got here we were missing the sodas and the driver went back for them. I started eating my dip and there was only cheese in it, my wife’s was the same. So I called back let them know and they said they’d fix it. Cool. When the driver got back with the new dips, the soda was still missing. She said she’d go back and get them. An hour goes by, still no Sprite. I call again, tell them I’m still waiting on my sodas, and the manager, Ethan, offers me a credit. No, thanks. I’m thirsty and have been waiting since 6:30 and it’s now 9:14. Do you know he said he’d get them out to me in about thirty minutes, and wouldn’t even charge me a delivery fee?! I should hope not considering I have already paid it. Don’t act like you are doing me a favor by bringing me what I ordered and that you failed to deliver, TWICE. The audacity! Get it together.

Ordered pizza got delivered at 7:49pm. Delivery driver forgot part of our order. Said I’ll be right back well it is 8:50pm driver hasn’t been back. Called the number was on hold for 21 minutes no one answered the phone. Called back and have now been on phone for 17 minutes and still no answer. Poor customer service!
