As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This particular Rallys on Natural Bridge is just as bad as the one on grand. They always put of ice cream. Rude employees all the time. I love the food but the employee today should get a job that requires NO PEOPLE because if you not a people person then don’t work there and take it out on others. I would have gave it a 5 star but not today. Lately rude employees never have what you order or they don’t get your order right then get mad when you tell em about it. It is your money you spending you should be able to get what YOU pay for.

Did not want to do 2 separate orders stating only 1 order per car so I asked if I can do the orders at the walk up window they said that was fine. Then when I got to the walk up window they said they could only do 1 order per customer. So I said said if I do my first order pay for that then order again would that be fine and they tried to deny the other transaction will not be going to this location again poor customer service

Everything I asked for from the menu I was told they did not have. On 3 previous visits they were not serving customers at all. They had a different excuse each time. One time I was told the register was down. Another visit there was no food to serve. Once during business hours, no one was there. The lights were off. Never any consistent service. I am reluctant to go there. Other places in the area get my business.

Went there with my coupon and they wouldn’t accept it. They said it wasn’t in the system but my coupon didn’t expire until July 7th and today is just June 14th end up costing me $29 and some change And my coupon was too big Buford double with cheese combo. Wrong food … returned 20 mins after my lunch hour to get what I paid for. They never and I mean never have banana shake…I can go to any location in St Louis and the machine is down.. that is the real reason I wait over 30 mins in drive-through, then I find out there are no banana shakes…ugh! There were only two employees working at noon..go figure

(Brandy is)Extremely rude. Sat at the drive thru window for 15mins. Said hello a few times, no answer. More cars behind me, still nobody says anything. Finally, the car behind me asks Is ANYBODY in there? I replied, I’ve said hello but nobody said anything, guess I’ll pull to the window. The Rally’s on Natural Bridge in north St. Louis 63115 EMPLOYEES are the WORST people money can buy!! Saturday June 10th 2023 at 10:00 pm I was told that they where only doing door dash at the drive thru speaker, witch I strongly feel is a lie. Those people that work there are ALWAYS TRYING NOT TO WORK! Save your money, close both locations, that would be your grand and natural bridge locations, and stop paying these people to not work on your clock!!! Your employees are lazy, and a large part of the “expecting a hand out population” in this country sadly. For those who think I’m a white guy you are wrong! I am a male off color from the inner city that’s tired off ghetto/lazy people living like someone owes them a free pass!!

The staff was awesome! The food is great. Now the building however need some serious maintenance up to replace a broken window clean up around the place. (Update this place is great! The management responded very fast. I felt like my opinion mattered and my concerns were looked after.)

They literally made me sit at the window for 40 minutes for a delivery order and still not answer they just keep looking and not responding. I knocked on the window they didn’t answer I never had to wait for a delivery order for that long.
