I drove through the drive-through and I was waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I had to ask was anyone there because no one said hold for a minute at all. Then I had to place two orders one number nine and number 10. Do you know how to repeat myself for a second time because the lady did not hear me. Once I got up to the drive through window. I made sure I said my order again. So there was no issues with my food order before I drove away. Once I got home with my family, I had check the bags to make sure everything looked OK. The green beans were old and cold and smelled funny like they have expired. The spicy chicken sandwich bun was burnt. My wife called them twice yesterday and no one answered the phone. To let them now that their food was not good quality. We would like a refund back. For the poor quality food. The next step is to call the home office for Bojangles.

Tried their chicken sandwich. Overall it was good. But the sandwich was sloppily made. The toppings immediately fell off the sandwich when I opened it. I had to put it back together to eat it. Also, while I was waiting, a customer returned to complain about their order. It happens, but how their staff responded was extremely bad. Train your employees how to take care of your customers.

We come to Bojangles every time we come down south and my experience at this one was excellent. We came here after another one we went to had closed the dining room… The woman at the counter (Alandra) was so nice. We took forever and were confused when ordering but she was patient and kind to us. They brought our food over to our table & of course, everything was fantastic.

Bojangles restaurants are consistent across Hampton Roads in taste, price, and customer service. The did was hot and fresh just like I like it! The price was reasonable. Bojangles is the place to be! No waiting, and they seem to be pretty organized. Employees were friendly and courteous.

Went in for a carry out order. Stood in front of the register only to be “greeted” by stares as if I’m talking up her time. That’s not the issue as I’m rarely greeted with welcome from this place. It’s sadly expected. After the girl took my order, I stand to the side for preparation. Twenty-five minutes pass and during that time I’ve watched 4 different associates pick up my empty bag that held my receipt to fill, 5 customers who placed orders AFTER me to leave with their food. Absolutely ridiculous

This is the second time that I’ve stopped in on a Bojangles two different states and the same thing has happened. Their short staff. They only have one order taker and it’s dinner time. The queue is inside is building up and no one is talking to the customers inside telling them what’s going on. It was a good 15 minutes before any staff said anything and that was after the prompting of another customer.

POOR SERVICE POOR FOOD had to ask for hot food from the chicken to the pies and than gave me Cold French fries Are you kidding me! The food was Nasty I wasted my money I will Never go back there again and the service was Terrible and workers were standing around leaning on food stands it was Really Bad! Granted I should of stayed at Hardee’s…. I decided to go to Ole Jangle. I sat in the drive thru for about 40 mins. And another 10 mins for my food at the Window. This location usually isn’t this bad… but today seemed like no one gave a damn.

Very ghetto staff honestly The food was good but the service was the WORST. I’m waiting for my food while the guy on register gave the people who ordered after me their food! And when I asked if I could get my food started soon I was looked at by the girls like I had four heads. The one girl was on the phone with her boyfriend and had him on speaker. The other is talking with the manager about how they fired someone there. Another woman was filing her nails. Like I’m sorry but come on can’t make this up. Absolutely insane.
