I just order online sandwich with extra source and ask for jalapeño but my all sandwiches are dry and no jalapeños or lettuce..this is disgusting. During this covid some one try to protect restaurant’s employees but they are just useless. I am a regular customer and when I call at the subway someone pick up my phone ,after I tried 5 times I have dialed. When I ask that lady for her name she hung up my call.. very bad customer service..

Service was good and staff was friendly. Although, they only had 2 types of bread available while I was there. The rest was in the oven. I would’ve thought that someone makes that in the morning before it hits lunch crowd hour. Very nice place to eat though and bathrooms were very clean.

When they make an individual sandwich, it’s fine. But if you try and order something ahead of time, like a party platter, beware. We’ve tried twice. The first time we got our order and it was fine, but as I walked in to the store, they were selling my order to a troop of cub scouts. The second time we ordered they said we didn’t call to confirm… we didn’t, but we did try to pay when we ordered. How much confirmation do you need that I’m willing and ready to pay ahead of time. Sigh.

Typically there are very efficient and courteous employees working there, however for the last couple of times we’ve called to place an order the phone rang off the hook and it was never answered. Adding to this, a few weeks ago we stopped in about 5:45p on a Saturday, and found the door locked. I told the young lady that I thought it was strange that they would close so early on a Saturday evening. At this point she unlocked the door and invited us in and told us she would fix our sandwiches. I thought this was very strange so we just left without ordering. Now again tonight, on a Sunday at 6:49p, they will not answer the telephones.

The service was great, but I ask for my bread to be toasted, I should have checked it before I left. When I got home it was barely toasted. And I ask for very little mayo and the girl heard me because she repeated it back, their was so much on it I couldn’t find the chicken. It was a waste of my money

Not so good at this Subway today. Unfortunately, when we got to the soda machine one of the drinks ran out and it took 15 minutes for them to Replace. I asked three times if it was going to be replaced soon and the third time I asked the manager acused me of being rude even though she raised her voice at me. That made me upset and I raised my voice and then she told me to get out of her store. I deescalated the situation, said I was just trying to find out how long it was going to take. We had already finished our meals by the time it was finally replaced. They never did tell us it was replaced. I tried to calm the waters further, said sorry but they just remained quiet and stayed in the back out of sight. This store could really use an experienced manager. BTW, we were the only customer in the store.

Footlong made fresh with a Flatbread. Deluxe club meat was fresh tasting and piled on high for once.. the provolone cheese hag amazing flavor and the veggie garden looked and tasted fresh as well. Very enjoyable visit an plan to come back in near future! !
