Unless you want your pizza arriving cold and with a side of ants I would not go through this place. Called they told me to set the pizza to the side and they would redeliver in the next hour and a half. Also they do not only deliver with there drivers which hand you the food you maybe not be notified that your pizza has arrived and it maybe sat on the ground so the bugs can enjoy it first. I decided to not get it redelivered and wait over a hour longer and instead just go somewhere else. Tried to talk to door dash as well and they decided to not help cause they only delivered it and I did not use there app. I will not be going through either ever again and instead just go somewhere else.! Thanks for nothing!

Ordered before a storm came through. I understand the pizza being late but it was ice cold!!! The only thing they could offer me was half off my next order! Didn’t even offer to fix the cold pizza issue! Worse place ever!

First let me say, the service was wonderful. Second to none. Great staff. However, the pizza, not so good. Tried the Shaq pepperoni for the first and last time. Top and bottom were soaked with grease/butter, whatever it was.

Your delivery driver never knocked on my door I was sitting outside actually watching her drive by I just figured she must have had a different delivery before mine and then drove back by to go to the store and pick up so then my order is canceled and I’m just out of luck worst customer service ever

Trying to explain delivery location is impossible on app. And if call in order it’s like calling cable company because it dont go to your local restaurant driver was lost and upset ur better off picking it up..

I had a pick up order for a tax exempt purchase and the manager , I think her name is Susan or Stephanie. She was awesome, patient, and thorough. The pizza was fresh and didn’t take long at all. I went at about 11am on a weekday. No complaints and no traffic, as they’d just opened. Clean location.

When we ordered we were told the delivery would take 30 to 40 minutes which was fine. The first time I called to check on the order was at 60 minutes and was told they were really busy and it would be another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called and was told our driver was out for our delivery but they would have to check to see where he was as he had been out for awhile. 10 minutes later he arrived with a warm pizza. I did call back and the “manager on duty” said there was nothing he could do and begrudgingly offered a 50% off our next order. I let him know that would not be necessary as we would not be using their services moving forward. I have no issue waiting as long as they are up front about the wait. Better management would be a huge benefit for this location of their chain.

I have boycotted Papa John’s for life. When The government passed a mandate that businesses have to provide health insurance, Papa John himself refused to let giving his workers what they deserve to affect his income, so he just passed the cost on to his customers, by raising the price of their pizzas. For a company that takes in almost $2 billion/yr in revenue, they can afford to provide their employees insurance without affecting their prices. Instead, Papa John wanted to stick it to his customers, since through a democratic system, he blamed his customers for the change and tried to stick it to them. That’s when I decided to never ever give that company another $1. I wish others knew this and boycotted them as well.
