Clean, environment. A poor situation handled inappropriately. I ordered a non sweet large ice tea,with 1 sweet n low plus a chicken sandwich, drive-through employee “Said don’t worry ma’am, the price is the same.” I was insulated and decided to speak with management, who easily understood McDonald’s should be easy-to-use….don’t bring up a subject unless the customer brings it up. I did not accept free items from the management. Although I appreciate the gesture, I left hungry, thirsty and disappointed with the young man who did not want to listen just talk over me.

They gave me the wrong sandwich. We had to return and I had to enter the McDonald’s to return the wrong sandwich. Please note I specifically asked if the sandwich they handed me was returned by a customer (we had initially purchased the meals via our auto. The woman seemed to evade the question and responded by requesting that I view the sandwich to see. As though I could tell if someone opened the sandwich. The sandwich was lukewarm. I attempted to be polite, however, I was actually livid. They should have made a fresh sandwich for me.

The original person who took my order and money was plasant; but the service from the people handing my food was less than desirable. First, the employee came tovthe window barking at me “What did you order?” I told her, she closed the window, next a different employee partially opened the window enough to stick the bag out the window while he faced the other way talking to another employee. I checked my food, waited for someone to come back so I can ask for some pickles since there were no pickles instead of extra pickles. This clearly irritated the employee at the window. And since there was no salt on the fries she was further irritated when I asked for salt and ketchup. She may not have been so irritated if the salt and ketchup were nearby the window but she had to find it. Meanwhile the drive thru is backing up.
