I haven’t been to Moe’s in a while. The menu was different which was fine, the prices were high..$20 for one meal…i regretted it. I just ordered something different but the Adobe chicken was not good, the rice was not good, and even the chips were disgusting. The sweet tea was NOT sweet at all but at least I could change my drink.

We haven’t been in a long time because of bad service. Kids have been asking for it so I picked it up on my way home from Target. Never again. I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 entrees, and a large queso. They put everything in 2 bags with barely and chips. You used to get giant bags of chips with each order. The only positive is that the chips are burnt so no one is eating them anyway. The kids burritos are TINY. Like ridiculously small. My bowl was nasty. It doesn’t even taste like moes. The chicken seems questionable and the lettuce was all wilty and gross. It didn’t used to be like this. If I lived closer I would take it all back for a refund. If you crave Moe’s go to the Millville location and you won’t have that problem anymore. Only positive the employees were real nice.

I was actually very surprised to see all the bad reviews. My experience was fantastic! And honestly, that was the best salad I ever had! The staff was great, it was very clean. Since I had never Built My Own salad or even been there before the staff helped me through it, and it was the best salad ever! The price was great! That was one of the biggest salads for the price that I’ve had in a long time and The Taste was amazing, I realized afterwards I hadn’t even used one quarter of a cup of dressing for the whole thing! And no there is no way I could have eaten that whole thing LOL it’s a big salad, I shared it with my fiance! And let me recommend getting the sirloin steak on the salad! It was a big change for me since I usually get chicken and it was incredible! There is so much seasoning in the items that go into the salad, that I didn’t even need dressing! Now that’s impressive! And like I said our experience was great, I was very surprised to see all these negative reviews. Five stars for me and I will be going back

If I could give a 0 I would. I placed a delivery order @7:06pm & was to be delivered by 7:37pm. I was notified that my order was on its way, only to have the delivery time pushed back 2xs then @8:05pm cancelled. I called the restaurant and was told my order was already picked up & there was nothing they could do. Almost instantly I receive another text that my order is now being delivered by Uber & would be delivered by 8:20pm. When my order was 1 mile from my house it was cancelled once again. Then almost instantly picked up by a different Uber driver & would be delivered by 8:32pm. Sure enough @8:31 my order was cancelled for a 3rd time. All during this time I attempted to call the restaurant a total of 10 times with them answering 2xs. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was not around. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from this establishment. They have messed up 1 too many times. Very poorly ran!!

Ordered through Moe’s app. Got 3 different notifications about different drivers. Never received food and employees have no clue who picked it up or how to handle the situation n no refund on a 35.00 order. Its now 8 pm w no dinner. But decided to give a 2nd chance & this is what i got below food falling apart, chicken was burnt n dry & they think they deserve 15.00 an hr.

If you read nothing else from this review.. let it be this.. “DON”T EAT HERE!”. So, I am not 100% sure what happened to this Moe’s because it used to be decent, but the last 2 times I have gone here (because I thought maybe the first time was a fluke – so gave it a 2nd chance), it has been nothing but awful.

Place is falling apart. No ice in soda machine for weeks, lights don’t work in ceiling . Messy and half empty salsa bar. No spoons … forks only . New ownership and management needs to tidy up this franchise . Sloppy appearance … miss the original moes when it first opened was more maintained … franchise is not strict
