I don’t like the company door dash. I’ve done everything on my end I can to not use them. One of the last times I had delivery from this location, they used door dash, I called and asked what that’s about, because I don’t want to use door dash, and I was told I can call into the store and see if they are using door dash. I called tonight, I was told they weren’t. And guess who ended up delivering my food. Freaking door dash. I would have either not ordered, or figured out some way to do carryout had I been told the truth.

I ordered 4 medium pizzas, all were supposed to have extra sauce. When I got them home I noticed they barely had any sauce at all, driest pizza I’ve seen. Well I tried to call for 45 minutes before I got through to anyone. When I finally talked to the manager 45 minutes later his only advice to me was to bring back all the pizza without any of it missing and they would remake it. I told them that was almost an hour ago and my kids had already ate some. So basically all they could say was sorry but there wasn’t nothing they could do for me..

I ordered a few pizzas on a Friday night and I knew it would be a while to receive them, my online tracker said it was delivered so I called just to be sure it was still coming to me. The person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and kind on 03/03/23. He told me he was the only one in the store, bless his heart. His customer service is excellent and he deserves a huge pay raise. Pizza is also delicious 🙂

Had an interview when my tire popped on the way there. I called to let them know and not even half way done with my sentence the person on the other end rudely interrupted me, told me to have a good day, and hung up. I didn’t even get to tell them why I can’t show up to the interview and ask to reschedule. Wont be rescheduling after that.

I only gave one star to post. But I have a feeling they may be poaching door dash, or other food delivery services besides their own. I went to pick up an order and the woman at the front, who was no help after I even inquired about my order, said that she couldn’t find my order. Since she was no help I called Door Dash support, which are completely amazing, and when they looked up the order it said it had been delivered already. They don’t assign orders to drivers that have already been delivered, obviously. And what further solidifies my assumptions was another dasher was there to pick up an order that she had either “canceled” herself or she couldn’t find it, I couldn’t hear the entire conversation since I was on the phone with support. So dashers beware! ALWAYS call support, not just the customer! And to store 135, I believe you may need to hire a more competent manager, if that’s what she was.

Great Service ordering online. 4 Stars only because they gave me Banana Pepper rings instead of the Pepperoncinis that I ordered…and the driver got lost and had to call me. He was a super nice YOUNG man, but said he was “old school” and didnt use GPS. Just seems like GPS would be an easy given this day in age for any pizza delivery person that might not know where they were going with a hot pizza.
