11am June 24. I order double roast beef combo. I told cashier to just give me a small drink and small fry. So she rings it up a different way, costing me aprox $.50 more than the medium combo. The acting manager, when I asked him to correct the pricing, because I ordered a medium combo, give me the medium price, He said he couldn’t do that. So instead of making a sale to a customer, he refunded me my money AND then tossed the bag of food in the trash. The store loses a sale, and loses on food cost. All because I was willing to pay for a medium combo, but only wanted the small cup and small fry. Seriously? Where do they find these employees at?

Me and my wife went to the drive thru tonight and probably had my worst experience ever with Arby’s. When we showed up nobody was in line besides us and the car ahead of us . The food took so long over 10 minutes for each car so you’d expect the food to be fresh . Fries tasted super old and stale chicken nuggets were hard and cold the bread on our sliders tasted like they were still frozen . I ordeRed a roast beef gyro with extra meat and was charged for and had the order read back and it was still made wrong and nasty. I received a Greek Gyro with almost no lettuce tomato onion or meat on the inside but plenty of sauce . Bread was so hard and I was unable to eat it right because it just split in half . This is the third time in a row they have gave us old food and we love Arby’s and this location was good for so long but will not be coming here again .

Saturated the Waygu beef deluxe burger with that nasty azzed sauce we requested on the side only. We received on the burger which destroyed it & some on the side (OVER-KILL)! COULDN’T EAT THE Hard AZZED CURLY FRIES, GARBAGE! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Just had the Best Roast Beef sandwich Ever. I just left Arby’s an hour ago and when I was their I was greeted by great customer service. I didn’t catch her name but due to the different shirt she had to be in management. I just wanted to say Thank You for your great service from beginning to the end.

We arrived at a shift change and ended up having to wait almost 15 minutes before we actually got waited on and it took quite a long time to place our order …the girl behind the counter didn’t seem to really understand how to work the register so we spent like 5 to 8 minutes just ordering our food and then it took another 15 to 20 minutes to get our orde to us …the food itself was pretty good but the service really needs some work. If I would have been in a hurry…I would have been in serious trouble. And I’m thinking this is the reason there wasn’t hardly anybody at this Arby’s… nobody was in line whenever we got there… there was hardly any cars in the parking lot. When we arrived we were the only ones in the store other than the employees. I love Arby’s food I’d hate to see this place close down because of mismanagement or poor service.

This is MOLD all on the bread inside and out very unprofessional staff no apologies nothing And even after this the manager said they don’t do refunds she’s a horrible manager and this is just so disgusting.coming from a new state this is the worst experience !! I love Arby’s sandwiches, but this experience will not get me to back to this location. Besides taking 15 minutes to get my food in the drive-thru (only 3 cars ahead of me), I didn’t get my fries, so I went in (with my bag of food) to get them. The lady at the counter actually looked in my bag to what it seemed to me that I was either lying or I was blind and didn’t see them. I don’t expect exactly lightning speed service, but it wasn’t close.

Been here several times, love the sandwiches espionage delicious meat roast beef n cheddar, sadly we ALWAYS have to throw the curly fries away. They are never fresh, always cold, bad oil taste and too greasy. Please start making sure fries are fresh, not overcooked, and grease is regularly changed. Also later hours on weekends would be great
