Believe it or not, this is my first time eating at an all vegetarian restaurant! AND it was a great first experience! Everything we ordered was delicious ~ the meat alternatives for Crispy Happiness and General Tso’s Surprise were veggie-beef and veggie-chicken, and the dumplings and spring rolls were all veggie! They don’t do dine-in yet, only takeout, but they do have a few tables outside to eat. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a vegetarian/vegan options in the area.

Our first time here and recommended by my girlfriend whose not even vegan. Great service and food. We went with our server’s recommendations and were very happy. This restaurant used to serve what I would say the best Chinese food in the DMV area even when you include it’s non-vegan counterparts a long time ago for a long time. Slowly but surely it has gone down to the level it is now tastewise. This is due to all the different ownerships it has gone through in a relatively short period of time. Taste, consistency and portion sizes have unfortunately nosedived majorly in the last few years. Food used to be delicious, highly flavorful and consistent. It’s consistently flavorless now. Pretty much have given up on ordering all my favorite dishes that I had loved for years and narrowed my choice down to one option now. That too is not too consistent anymore, but better than all other options. I have scratched out more dishes from my order list that I can count. Prices have gone through the roof. $9.50 for an appetizer for a very casual restaurant is way too high. I believe the cook has no idea what he is doing. There’s one soup he hasn’t destroyed yet, all others are nowhere close to what they used to taste like. Service is very good, no doubt. Far less visits and less money spent here than I used to up until a few years ago. I used to take my friends and family there all the time. You would think that they would have a recipe for all the classic dishes and it would be easy to continue the magic, but surprisingly it isn’t. I want this place to do very well but I don’t think that is possible.

Absolutely incredible eating experience. The fantasy roll was legendary, the jujube tea was amazing, they had the best general tso sauce ever and the vegan confetti cake was amazing! Service was awesome as well, Annie even quickly came outside to let us know we had left our bag of food on top of the car. I’m heading back in for more as I write this review!
